    Sky Blue Pools
Great vendor to work with! Finished product looked wonderful on both pools they repaired for my company. Skyler and April are very helpful and knowledgeable. Pricing is fair and I would recommend them for any of your pool needs.

    Carolina Cobblestones
Everything went great! John Payne and Carolina Cobblestones did a wonderful job, in some ways BEYOND what we expected! They replaced all of the old galvanized plumbing and the drain (bringing it to code), added a new skimmer, returns and an auto fill, replaced the tiles at the water line, replaced the coping stones, removed all of the old paint and plaster inside the pool shell and arranged to have it re-plastered. On the above and beyond note, the original pool light had not worked for years and needless to say replacement parts for a 64 year old swimming pool light are non existent. We didn't want to replace the light with a new one because the original was a solid brass housing.... and was just really cool. John managed to fabricate a way to fit new "guts" into the original housing, rewire the light (again bringing to code) and fit it right into its original place! This was a big project and had the potential for disaster at every turn. Carolina Cobblestones, John and Jeremy, were an absolute pleasure to deal with! Good guys who knew what they were doing and were especially concerned with our satisfaction in all phases. Best thing I can say, if I had it to do over, I would choose them again.

    AAA Custom Pools
When Calvin completed his activities he informed me that it would cost$1050. I questioned him on the increase of the original $900 estimate. At this point he started yelling at me and accusing me of ripping him off. He stormed back to his truck to get the receipts for the face plate and a couple other items. He returned continuing his tirade of profanity and insults. I had to tell him on a couple occasions to calm down. He swore in front of my wife which really upset me. I told him that I would cover the the costs of the face plate and other items. I paid him $1,000 but even after giving him a check he continued with his insults. I then asked him to leave the premises.

    E-Z Care Pools

I compared with quotes many (probably 10) different pool companies for weekly pool maintenance pricing and Roy was the cheapest and best to communicate with.  He is reliable and I have recommended to my friends.  He takes the time to explain what he does and why he does it.

    Highly recommend.

    GENCO POOLS & SPAS
Terrible customer service! How is asking for an estimate/quote before a repair so unreasonable? What if I only have $800 in my checking account and the repair person then charges $900? Overall very disappointing experience and I hope to never have to use them.

    A-1 Pool Service Inc
It did not go well. I almost immediately fired them as a pool maintenance company. They never refunded the money they charged me for the services they did not perform. The new pool company I hired told me the new filter they installed to the tune of $1600 was the wrong size for the pool. I am waiting to see if this can be rectified. This company is a total nightmare and I'm warning innocent pool owners to stay away.

The crew was very professional and even so the first part ordered was not compatible with our system, Joy ordered a new one
and had it replaced before our grand children arrived for Memorial Day week-end .
Her crew replaced some of the pipes around the pump and fixed all leaks.
We will use her services again. I strongly recommend her company.

    Aqua Care
Aqua Care is very proactive and broad in their service of our property.  They have helped us prepare for winter storms, cleaned up after high winds, and made repairs, even extensive ones from lightning damage.  They have sealed cracks in the pool and spa, resurfaced the entire deck, and updated our equipment.  Whatever has needed to be done, Aqua Care has done it!

    Hot Springs Pools & Spas
These are THE nicest people and are incredibly knowledgable about everything with pools. We bought a house with a pool and had no idea what we were doing and they've been a total lifesaver! We won't go anywhere else for our pool services!

    Aqua-Blue Pools Inc
About a few weeks later I noticed the pool deck was not sealed. I called them out to inspect and they concluded that it was sealed despite the fact that the deck was porus and absorbed water, hence it was not sealed. They made no accomodation. About two years later, It was obvious that the retaining wall was failing because it was not properly installed. When they were contacted, they said it was a leak and to get someone to check it. Subsequent contractors made it clear the wall was not properly installed and was far too weak to hold up the weight of the pool. I was recovering from a stroke about this time and could not pursue this company in court. I am certain they took advantage of me.I do not recccomend this company!!
