    Dave Jones and Zach Arnold are running a ��� get rich quick��� scheme. They meet in public places to hide the fact that their ���office��� is a room with a folding table and a laptop. There aren���t any other phones or real employees. They require money up from in cash. They do not take checks or any other form of payments. BUYER BEWARE!! They do not provide any return on investment, and when I ended our meeting due to incompetence, I received an email from David Jones calling me ���rude��� and an embarrassment. He was later arrested for fraud.

    Customer service....Oh, wait there is NONE!!!! 
    I went online gave dates and times that would work. Received a confirmation email with date and time. Cleared my schedule and was so excited to see this new stylist. I arrived at my appointment time ready for new color and cut. Checked in at the front desk.....the young lady at the front desk looked at me as if I had horns growing out my head. Then she told me that I was there on the wrong day...that my appointment was the following week. I told her that I had an email that confirmed my appointment today and for this time. I showed the email...she prcoeeds to tell me that it is a mistake and I will need to come back next week. That is booking is done with a 3rd party and they don't always make the appointments correctly. I had to tell her than you should get another booking company or get a list of appointments they make daily and double check the appointments. The young lady at the front desk goes and talk to the stylist that I had an appointment with.....she comes back and all the sytlist can do today is a consulation...I ask what good would that do me???? Finally some man comes up while the front desk has stepped away.....he ask what the problem is...I explain to him(wedding consultation) what is going on. He is looking at the books...then the young lady comes back and again tells me she is sorry no one will be able to my hair today to come back next the meantime the man tells me that Olivia can do my hair but not until is 2:45. He tells me she has been hair for a long this point I MUST remind him that doing hair for a long time doesn't mean you are good. SO...I am going to wait ....I have to ask is there a place for me to sit while I wait ....NOONE at the front desk asked me if I would like something to drink or offered a free service while I wait because of there mistake. The original stylist comes over to tell me that she is sorry for the mix up. Never offered a discount of services or products. Finally at 3:45 Olivia comes to get me ...I explained to her what I didn't like about my hair. Olivia dry cuts my hair then she colors and puts in a few highlights. During the service Olivia tells that this mix up with 3rd party booking service happens all the time and that I am lucky she had one client that never got in with her because of mistakes in booking and she finally went somewhere else. My color was good the cut ok. A manger or anyone from this salon as never called me to apologize, see if my service was ok....Nothing. Will I come back>>>>I DON"T think so.

    Explained that I wanted a different all over color, balayage and a new cut. Even showed pictures of cuts that I liked. Well I have a new base color but much to surprise I got foil highlights. The color looks good. I had let my hair grown out until I found something that I liked.....guess what i got the same cut that I came in with just a little shorter. She did not listen to my concerns or wishes. Never asked how I like the cut.....well she really did give me a new cut. Never offered advise about styling products. When I left my hair cut looked so real style. When you leave a salon you should leave feeling beautiful....I did not. I style my hair better. Not sure if I will return. It is so hard to find a great hairdresser in Greenville. Don't believe the "A" rating. Really not more the a step up from supercuts just higher prices.

    My favorite suitcase that my daughter gave me for Christmas needed to be repaired. An airline that I flew recently to Venice, Italy, ripped the handle halfway off and the zipper tabs were missing as well. The gentleman at The Tailor Shop fixed them all in a very timely manner and did a professional job. Plus he and the dear lady that works with him were so kind and friendly. I will definitely use them again.

    Consistently , time after time , excellent service ! Always friendly- if one stylist is not available, one can rest assured that another stylist will give the same excellent service. Great team work---they have my color formula on file. They are great at time management. Being on time for appointment means a lot. Owner Pam Clarke Brown has been in the business longer than she looks in age. She is a master stylist, but also in running a business.

    I brought my daughter's in for a treat to get their nails done for Christmas. The lady who helped us was clear about what she was going to do and the price. I showed them a picture of what they wanted and they did a great job. Very professional! I would definitely go again.

    They damaged an article of clothing and had not offered to replace it.  Their ironing person ironed out the pleats on a blouse and they have tried to fix it but have had no luck.  The owner continues to ask for another chance and we have given them many but now it seems it's out of their hands and we will no longer be doing business with them.

    They must have changed names, I had to recheck the address to be sure it was the same place. It's HAPPY NAILS. I've been getting my nails done (their acrylic, or gel), for 3 years now, so I KNOW what I want. I just moved here from NY, so, I need my bling. They were busy, people waiting, (good sign). It was my first time there, I found them on A's list. I wanted nail 'art', a hand painted design. I'm beyond impressed! I drove 45 mins to get there, & I'll go again. I do need to turn them onto nail 'crystals', more bling.
