    The eye glasses were not wearable (because no measurement was taken for pupil distance.) They only distorted my vision worse and after FIVE months of trying to get a refund (and mailing the glasses back), I have still received no response to emails and only empty promises to my phone calls. I'm a 20+ year patient of Dr. Coss and will unfortunately never return after such unprofessionalism. The only difference is that they're now a MyEyeDr office so maybe that is the problem. I'm greatly disappointed!!

    We'd had a terrible experience with another group and had read good things about the Nigh group.  The experience at Nigh Eye could not have gone better.  We were able to get an appointment the same week.  Office personnel were very friendly.  Dr. Nigh took time with my son, discussing his condition with him and asking many questions until he was sure the prescription was accurate.  Highly recommended!

    I have been working with Dr. David Nigh for over a year now to find the right contact lenses that I can wear comfortably. He is very patient, thorough and listens to what my needs are. He had given me multiple samples to try over a period of time. It wouldn't have taken so long had I not procrastinated on getting back to him but he has been extremely patient working with me to find the right prescription and brand that works for me. The office staff is also very friendly and efficient.

    My husband got his glasses through Costco. We went there within the last two months for an eye exam, prescription and renewal of glasses. I think the service is probably a five star. They are careful and accurate. They are dependable and reasonably priced.

    It is a large group; they have several locations and several doctors in the group. We have been going to them since we moved here in 2010. We really love our doctor there, Dr. Michelle Ying. My husband is in the medical field so we had a tie to her, he knew of her and someone had recommended us to her when we first moved here. We just love Dr. Ying. She is very knowledgeable and knows her craft. She is personable and we just get along with her really well. The group is really easy to deal with. They have lots of options, location-wise, when we need to make an appointment. They are conveniently located. They get us in and out when we need.

    Southerlin Family Eye Care
    Dr. Southerlin explained why in my case (vision in one eye) reading glasses would be better for me than bifocals. I had brought my own frames and they gladly made them my 'readers'. Some doctor's might gripe or add surcharges to customer supplied frames but Southerlin didn't. They saved me money that way and by recommending readers instead of bifocals. Good folks!

    I have been a patient of Dr. Garrett for many years now. He and his staff have never disappointed. You rarely have to wait any significant time past your appointment time, Dr. Garrett is more interested in making sure you see well rather than trying to push you into buying glasses or contacts, and the office staff are outstanding!

    While the appointment went fine, the waiting was atrocious - it took me more than two hours to get in and get out. In addition, my time was further wasted when I had to go back three times for secondary check ups on my glasses, then my contacts, then to pick up the contacts that were then ordered for me.
    Most of the staff were wonderful, although one woman in particular, the woman who ran me through some of the basic tests for the doctor, was incredibly rude and unpleasant. The doctor was pleasant enough.
    Honestly, I felt uncomfortable there, and won't go back just because I don't have the time.
