    Basement & Radon Solutions
Basement and Radon Solutions has been such a blessing!  My husband and I bought a house to flip that had some major issues with the crawlspace (so bad it couldn't pass the CL-100).  We had water issues, mold, no insulation, radon that needed treated in the crawlspace and slab area, and more.   Rod came out to look at the space and really took his time to figure out solutions to all of our issues.  He explained everything to us in a way we could understand and also worked with us to try and find a way that we wouldn't have to shell out extra money for a french drain.  In the end, we needed to add it, but he guided us in trying to fix problems to we could avoid it. This company is definitely more concerned with customer care and quality work than getting extra money out of people.  They've been honest, respectful, thorough, helpful, and transparent through the whole process.  Their office staff is fantastic too - So communicative and nice to work with! We had three guys out working on the crawlspace for about 5 days.  They were each so kind and friendly and boy did they work hard.  We had snow coming towards the end of the week, so they worked long hours to make sure the crawlspace was finished in time.  They were happy to answer any questions I had, and you could tell that they take a lot of pride in the work that they do.  They were respectful of our house and showed so much integrity.  They cleaned up after themselves and didn't leave any trash behind.  They were AMAZING! Now, our crawlspace is GORGEOUS.  I would even go under there and that is saying something!!  They went above and beyond to fix every one of our issues.  All of our other contractors who have been in the crawlspace rave about how nice it is and they've all said it's the nicest crawlspace they've worked in.   I wish I had a before picture so you could all see the difference because it is night and day!  And what's better is I know everything was done right.  If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!  Do yourself a favor and reach out to Basement & Radon Solutions.  You can trust them completely!

    Knight Property Services
After receiving my request for a quote, Eric Knight replied right away that his company does radon testing but does not perform the services that we were in need of. He was kind enough to offer recommendations of two other companies for the water intrusion and for the radon mitigation.

    Crawlspaces and More
Can't say enough wonderful things about the professionalism, responsiveness, and attentiveness of this company! I asked for a quote by accident through an Angie's List suggestion and thought our location was out of their work area. When I wrote and apologized, they said that they did actually do work in our area and that they would be coming that way to do another job and could come by to give us an estimate. Jordan was so nice, helpful, and provided us with an amazing estimate and suggested ways to fix our crawlspace mess. His report came quickly and included lots of pictures and explanations that were very helpful! He followed up several times to see if we had questions and was very patient while we were deciding what to do. The decision to use another company was a VERY difficult one!

Falcone Crawl Space & Structural Repair
The discussion with Phillip after the "evaluation and tune-up" went well and I decided to have Falcone do the work he recommended; however, the eval was done in July, it is now September, and despite repeated requests to the office, I have not yet received the written report and photos. I have paid them a 20% deposit toward approximately $9K worth of work. The work is scheduled for next week. It is important for me to have this report prior to the work being done. I have been told repeatedly that I will get the report and am not pleased with the fact that I have not.

    (864) 558-8155 SWAT Radon Mitigation of Greenville
Overall the job went well. From diagrams I received before the job, I expected the pump to be installed in my partial basement since it is lower than the crawl space. Instead it was installed in the crawl space, drawing air from beneath the plastic they installed. I had had an electrician working on the house, and he had run new wiring for the living room but had not yet connected it. The installers chose to use this wire to power the pump. I learned this when the electrician came back and told me they had taken his wire. This was disappointing. The installers left a follow-up test kit and gave verbal instructions to install it two weeks after the installation in a closet for seven days. However, the printed instructions said NOT to install in a closed space such as a closet, but to put it in a central location. Close to the thermostat was said to be best. The instructions also said that the test must be between 3 and 7 days, with 4 days being the optimal. Again, the company seems to be ok, the pricing was $1000 less than one quote and $400 less than another, but the installers' knowledge and experience may vary.

Falcone Crawl Space & Structural Repair
We have a partial crawl space under our home, the rest basement. We hired Falcone for insulation, and they noted an area of structural concern, and mold remediation that they identified during the free estimate, and made the recommendation to get these areas fixed prior to installing installation. The price was broken out per task, and we could break it out into separate jobs if needed. They also offered financing. We hired them for all of it. The estimator was professional, friendly, and willing to educate us and address any of our concerns. The two man team that came to do the work, arrived on time, called to give a heads up when they were close, and kept us up to date on the work, including pictures of the progress. They noted any issues they saw and noted what looked good. They finished in under the estimated time (took 2 days), were friendly, courteous, and professional. Very pleased with their service, and plan to hire again when needed.

    AdvantaClean of Greenville and Spartanburg
As far as the actual work it was performed as scheduled except for the final air mold mold test results which were done approximately three weeks after the completion of the work. Also, my insurance adjuster wanted a more detailed description of the interior demolition and removal of materials. Per Stan, they do not give that detail, only the summary. Therefore, if you get a quote make sure it has details as for example how many square feet of molding or paneling, etc is included.

Someone came to look at the crawl space. Said I would receive quote later that day. After 5 days still no quote. Emailed salesperson, and she emailed me back saying i would have it by the end of the day. Never received it. Now going on 3 weeks and still no quote.

We bought a special deal where they could come and do an inspection. The guy explained everything to my husband. He recommended things that we could do with some of the furniture and antiques we had. Unfortunately, some of the pieces were not salvageable. Some pieces they recommended what we should do to help it and refinish it, so that was good. They gave us an idea as to what to do. I am not really sure how much it cost, but I thought it was a special that they had to come out and answer any questions. I thought it was reasonable. They provided us with a letterand theletter specifically stated what was good and what wasn't and what we could do and what they recommended. They took a little report and sent it back. I thought it was helpful. They came out and I have never had anybody else come out and tell us anything so how can I compare? They came out one time and gave the report. When he was there he definitely recommended this and that in his report and whatever his report was he then wrote it and emailed it to us. I think he was good. He did not show up on time. I think what happened was he got caught in traffic but he did call us and let us know. In that area he did show up within an hour of the appointment time. The traffic was bad and you can only do what you can do. I would call them up again for an evaluation, but we are no longer in the area.

This is good old fashioned customer service at it's best! Ansel showed up within hours of me calling and offered to just take a look before charging me! I am in the construction business and this sort of service is unheard of. I will be using them in the future for all of my company's water damage needs.
