    DG Builders LLC
Wow! What a great company/team to work with. They were in constant contact with us and keeping us up to date on all aspects surrounding our build. We have been wanting to add a screened porch to our house for quite some time and these guys exceeded our expectations. Not only did they work outside in the cold, but they worked through weeks of rain, wind, and snow. They did a beautiful job and I know we will enjoy our new space for many years to come.

Falcone Crawl Space & Structural Repair
The discussion with Phillip after the "evaluation and tune-up" went well and I decided to have Falcone do the work he recommended; however, the eval was done in July, it is now September, and despite repeated requests to the office, I have not yet received the written report and photos. I have paid them a 20% deposit toward approximately $9K worth of work. The work is scheduled for next week. It is important for me to have this report prior to the work being done. I have been told repeatedly that I will get the report and am not pleased with the fact that I have not.

    Davis Contracting
The crew was professional ; punctual and finished sooner than I anticipated. I am very pleased with the company . My roof was damaged and leaking. The new roof and gutters are absolutely beautiful.I plan to replace vinyl and windows also and would not choose any other company. I have already recommended Davis to friends and family. I would be happy to speak with anyone planning to have work done on their home or business.

    Steven D Griesinger Contracting
I had a rental property that I was trying to sell. I hired Steve to oversee the contracting of the requested work. He was very upfront on the time line and told he that he had several other jobs that he was working on, but would accommodate as soon as possible and try to get some items knocked off my list between jobs. Steve started about 1 week after I confirmed the work and the quote price. He did a great job of keeping me informed of his timeline, and was very helpful with recommending options, including a couple that really saved me money. Steves prices were very fair for the scope of work that I had requested. I never felt like Steve was pushy or "trying to sell me" on upgrades. The work that Steve and his crew provided was excellent. Likewise, they did a great job cleaning up the work-site. I was able to sell my rental house shortly after Steve completed the work. I would definitely hire him again!

    Mr. & Mrs. Fix It
It was perfect. I got several estimates, and nobody else came close. The work was done on time, and it's a beautiful job. The new blind keeps the porch cooler in the afternoon sun. And not only did the gutters get cleaned, but they cleaned the porch roof (which I did not request) of several inches of debris from my overhanging oak tree. I would hire these terrific folks again in a minute (and plan to). If you are looking for a handyman in the Easley/Greenville area look no further.

    Ultimate Gutter Guard Greenville
It didn't.  Contacted them via an insert circular including 60% off labor and a $25 Walmart Gift Card with estimate for gutters.  Rep (who was a great salesman), came over and when making appointment was told it would take 45 minutes to measure; took over 2 hours to hear presentation with exorbitant prices that kept changing like buying a used car.  When he was leaving asked about the 'gift card' and he said he didn't know anything about that but the company sends them.  The company called numerous times and when I asked about the 'gift card' was told 'yea, we'll send it'.  Never did.  Got a great system elsewhere much more reasonable.

    John's Workshop LLC
John did an excellent job!  Very happy with the results.  He replaced 6 rotting fascia or soffit boards where they connected to various areas of our upper roof. He offered advice and made repairs on a window in an dormer that we were sure we would have to replace.   Looks like new and bought us a few more years without replacement.  John gave us a price for 7 areas .  He was honest enough to tell us one of the areas did not need repair.  What appeared from the ground to be a hole was roof flashing.  We weren't there when he was  making the repairs and would have never known had he not told us. We added extra work after the quote (dormer window & gable vent) which took our total from $650 to $815.  He checked with us prior to the work to make sure the additional cost was approved.
John gave us the best price and told us it would be 3 weeks before he could do the job and that could change depending on the weather.  It was 7 weeks before he could get to us. It took 3 separate trips...a Thurs, Sat, and Sun. That said, we understood when we hired John that our job was a small and an inconvenient type of job. We have a two story house with an extremely steep roof. We KNEW that our job would not be large enough to meet a week's payroll and EXPECTED it to be worked in between larger jobs.  The wait was worth it to us to get the quality of work done at such a reasonable price.  The damage he repaired had been there for over a year, what's a few more weeks?
The only thing I would suggest to John is that he be a bit more proactive in keeping his customers apprised of his schedule. However, he always returned my text or call promptly.
We would definitely hire John again!

    Eubanks Roofing, LLC
I thought I would provide a review 5 years after Eubanks installed a new roof.
    1.  Price was good.  He provided upgraded 35 year shingles due to lower installation costs
    2.  Installation took 4 1/2 days.  It took them longer than other contractors in the neighborhood (there were a lot of new roofs installed at that time due to hail storms) but their work crew was smaller
    3.  Within 6 months, I had leaks.  Vent pipe weren't sealed and I had another leak in the middle of the roof that I thought was addressed after I called them.
    3.  A year after install, I found out they filled my gutter with nails and debris.  Nothing else to say, except it's not professional and caused my gutters to become blocked and overflow
    4.  4 years after the roof was installed, I got another leak.  It's very sporadic and hard to pinpoint.  It's small and doesn't happen every rainstorm, but it's there.  Made several calls to Eubanks, and talked to the receptionist.  Never received a call back from Eubanks to come look at the problem and gave up.
    5.  After 4 3/4 years, I've had another contractor come look at the leak.  In his works, the roofing job was amateurish.  Roof tiles weren't spaced correctly, tack strips are exposed, sloppy sealant around the vent pipes, etc, etc.
To sum it up, I got what I paid for.  He was about $1000 less than other contractors and I thought I was getting a good deal.  Now I'm going to pay another company to come in and fix the mess.  And no, I don't intend to call him again even though the "5 year warranty" is still in effect.  Has their work improved in the last 5 years?  Possibly.  All I know is the roof install hasn't held up and they wouldn't return my calls about the latest leaks.

    Carolina Gutter Helmet and More

Robie and his guys were excellent in all respects. They were very professional on the difficult install due to the 200 pound weight of the automated awning and left our premises in very clean order.  I would definitely use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone.
