    Okay, until I got to the doctor. They doctor didn't do the exam to correct my vision. His tech did. Again, the doctor DID NOT do the exam to correct my vision! What?? Then, when the tech couldn't correct one eye to 20/20 in the 3 minutes that she spent trying (which she didn't tell me BTW), the doctor - instead of trying himself - told me to use OTC drops and come back (more $$$ on me???!!!) in 3 weeks. Crazy! I had an appointment with an ophthalmologist. I expected him to do the eye test - especially if there was a question of result. I still can't believe it.

    Take my advice and go anywhere else if you can. The staff was so rude that I can't even begin to describe it to you. I'm 69 years old, in all my years of going to doctors I've never had such an experience. Dr. Hall had an okay bedside manner. I just don't know how a doctor can give you a diagnosis on a progressive disease like macular degeneration, without seeing your previous records, which were never requested. He made recommendations with seeing just my present scan. I've been to several retina specialist over the years, and this was the most unprofessional place I have ever been. Go somewhere else!

    Very well. I had a difficult time trying to figure out which lens I wanted to do and the office staff as well as Dr. Parker were very patient and answered all my questions. Dr. Parker has been my eye doctor for many years and I was very glad she was when I needed more than just a checkup.

    The eye glasses were not wearable (because no measurement was taken for pupil distance.) They only distorted my vision worse and after FIVE months of trying to get a refund (and mailing the glasses back), I have still received no response to emails and only empty promises to my phone calls. I'm a 20+ year patient of Dr. Coss and will unfortunately never return after such unprofessionalism. The only difference is that they're now a MyEyeDr office so maybe that is the problem. I'm greatly disappointed!!

    We'd had a terrible experience with another group and had read good things about the Nigh group.  The experience at Nigh Eye could not have gone better.  We were able to get an appointment the same week.  Office personnel were very friendly.  Dr. Nigh took time with my son, discussing his condition with him and asking many questions until he was sure the prescription was accurate.  Highly recommended!

    She's very conscientious. She did a wonderful job. I'm amazed. I have been wearing glasses since I was 6 years old and my husband wanted me to do it, and he wanted somebody that had done a lot of surgeries, not somebody that we're just getting in to. She is very good. She is so hyper, just going and going.

    Firstly, insurance was discussed, provided and limitations. Very helpful in selecting frames, noting sale and full price frames, as well as frames completely covered under insurance. That done, the glasses were fitted, noting where I wanted the bifocal to start. (I like it lower). Then onto various pricing levels. Very clear what each level included. After selection, I was told it would be 7-10 days 'til they were ready. In just 3 short days, they were ready for pick up.
    Associate was especially sensitive to my comments (earpiece tight, no air circulation under glass, etc.) and acted immediately to correct the issue. Warranty was gone over. New glasses on and old in case, I left. Only then did it occur to me that no cleaning cloth was given to me.
