IDK what dr Graham you saw, but the dr Graham I had a consultation with was the RUDEST unprofessional creep that I have ever been to in my life and I have been to the best inNy and FL I have brought pictures of what my face looked like before my accident I brought pictures one year prior to my accident. He looked at the pictures I brought without saying a word to me he stared at me handed my photograph back to and asked me what I liked about them and I was dumfounded the pictures were lovely and his tone in asking what I liked about my pictures was like what i liked about them I went there to get in injection in my lips after he handed my my pics got up and started walking out the room and I asked him what did he think and he turned and said i dont want to do any work on you I am doing nothing my daughter and I sat there in shock. He didnt tell me why or what he did or what the problem was he just completely shut down. this is the rudest most outrageous dr I have ever been to. His manners wouldnt be sufficient for a kennel. He gets an award for rudest creature doctor on the planet if you go there you are fooled.

The pre-surgery appointments were very informative. I pretty much knew what to expect as I had been researching the procedure for a few years. Had to wait for insurance approval. Would have preferred to have completed in 2012, but schedules did not permit. The surgery went extremely well. Dr. Fowler was very informative, and answered all of my questions, as well as my husbands. Everyone involved was professional and very courteous. Recovery instructions were clear and easy to follow. He advised clearly what could be expected immediately after surgery and during each step of the recover process. He also ALWAYS offered to be available if there were any questions. Recovery has been better that I had anticipated with no real complications. Small allergic reaction to adhesive made incisions itchier than would have liked, but allergy medicine and lotion made it manageable nothing that the Dr. could have foreseen. Incisions look great. Appears that there will be more scaring underneath, but the other scars will be hardly noticeable. I was very concerned as some pictures I have seen scared me to have the procedure. I have been very happy with my recovery and the results. Now not to sugar coat things. It is MAJOR surgery, and the first 3 to 5 days were tough, but not unbearable. The Dr. allowed me to remove the surgical tape myself as it came off in the shower. I kind of pushed getting it off sooner. With the allergy, I was glad I got it off when I did. I was advised that because things were going so well that at 4 weeks I could begin to ease into working out, which is great. Hoping to get in shape for swimsuit season, looking forward to shopping.

So very, very glad I chose Dr. Graham. Besides being very competent, he is extremely personable and takes the time needed to perform this procedure. A topical numbing ointment made the procedure practically painless. I will continue to go to him for refill treatments, and definitely will choose him for surgery when I save the money for a face and neck lift.
I believe a doctor's staff is important, and every contact I had with every member of his staff (whether by phone or in the office) was pleasant. Each of them has a friendly, caring, and helpful attitude.
And even though my husband thought I was being ridiculous for having the fillers done, he was surprised and pleased with the positive results.

Called to make an appointment-the person that answered the phone answered in a timely manner, was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Made an appointment. On arrival- the atmosphere was very nice and relaxing. The staff was friendly. They explained in detail what they were going to do before they did it. All my questions were answered without them acting as if they were in a hurry. Great overall experience.

The nurse practioner told me Restylane was a better choice and the company also had a special going on where I would get 3 vials for the cost of 2 and in her opinion Restylane was every bit as good as Juvederm. She explained that with the extra vial she would inject my nasal folds. I was shown what it would look like and I was happy with the results she offered, so I had the procedure done. I returned 1 week later with absolutely no change. The nurse agreed and said she would contact Restylane and request a free vial for me. In exchange that day, she performed some kind of laser treatment to my face which she said would help tighten my skin and remove some sun damage. I was scheduled to return 2 weeks later for another vial. At this appointment the nurse told me she had decided to use Juvederm. I was scheduled to return in 3 weeks. All I had at this point were bumps inside my lips and you could clearly see the Restylane and Juvederm outside of my upper and lower lip line. The nurse proceeded to massage my lips to push the injectable into my lips. She told me she had never seen anything like this before but was not able to do any more injections. I left $800.00 poorer and looking like I had nothing done. The only reminder I have are the bumps inside my lips that still remain 6 1/2 months later. I won't return to this office nor will I ever refer anyone there due to the fact that she just threw her hands up in the air with an "oh well" attitude.

In the first instance, the untrained nurse injected Botox and popped a blood vessel--I felt and heard it pop. She confirmed that she was new and in training. I was left with a black eye and lots of other bruising. The second treatment was injection of Radiesse that left my face with migrating lumps and severe bruising. There was no cosmetic improvement at all, and my mouth area looked deformed. Another practioner later told me that Radiesse is never to be injected around the mouth, as it is too thick for this area. This doc may be a good plastic surgeon, but is disastrous with cosmetic non-surgical treatments.

I wasn't that thrilled. There was some scheduling problems, so I had to wait along time. That was just one time, but it worked out.
