    This is my second car that I have used them for, the first was seriously damaged by a collision with deer. the car looked like new when they completed work. My second car was more minor but still it needed professional work. Both cars were Mercedes, so they deserved a high quality repair.

    In the end, the work looks good, it just took a long time. I think they had to go back and get OEM parts after trying aftermarket parts and that took a while. The insurance company may have driven them in this direction.

    There was zero communication. I would go over a week without hearing any updates or when my car was supposed to be finished. I was told my car would be ready in two weeks, then at the last minute (as in, the day it was supposed to be ready) it was pushed to a week later, and then (again, the day it was supposed to be ready) it was pushed to another half week out. I had to call every time to get these updates. I hate having to be consistently checking in, but they honestly left me no option after all of the time I waited with zero response. It is also extremely unprofessional to tell someone you will find out information and give them a call right back - and then never call back, which they did to me more than once.

    BEING A 74 YEAR OLD CAR GUY, I HAVE ENJOYED A GREAT NUMBER OF CARS THROUGH THE YEARS.  AS EXPECTED,  SOME OF THEM NEEDED PAINT AND BODY REPAIRS FROM TIME TO TIME DUE TO ACCIDENTS OR ENHANCEMENTS.  MY WIFE'S SL 550 MERCEDES FRONT END WAS BANGED UP PRETTY BADLY AFTER SHE HIT A LARGE OBJECT IN THE ROAD SEVERAL WEEKS AGO.  I CHOSE TO USE ELITE FOR THE REPAIRS BECAUSE OF THEIR REPUTATION FOR DOING EXCELLENT WORK ON BMWS, PORSCHES, MERCEDES, AND OTHER EXOTIC AUTOMOBILES.  NEVER I HAVE I BEEN MORE PLEASED WITH THE PRICING, QUALITY AND FACTORY EQUIVALENCE OF THEIR WORK THAN WHAT THEY DID.  IN FACT, I MIGHT RATE THEIR EFFORTS HIGHER THAN FACTORY WORK.  JIM WRONA AND HIS STAFF ARE ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL, ACCOMODATING IN ALL AREAS, AND ARE JUST PLAIN GOOD FOLKS. ADDITIONALLY, THEIR FACILITIES ARE FIRST CLASS AND THEY HAVE THE PROPER EQUIPMENT TO DO THEIR JOB RIGHT. I RATE ELITE 5 STARS AND WOULD RECCOMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

    The original estimate was $735.  The end result was $1100.00. This was a big disappointment, however, the estimator called twice to discuss the situation with me prior to the work being done, which was very much appreciated.  Apparently, the bumper needed to be replaced rather than repaired.  The work performed was very satisfactory.  With the additional work that needed to be done, I was told that my vehicle would be ready for pick-up late Monday afternoon rather than Monday morning as I had planned.   I was also told I would receive a phone call when my vehicle was ready. The work was actually done by Friday afternoon.  No one called to let me know my vehicle was ready; they merely assumed I would pick it up on the date and time that it was originally promised.   In fact, I had to call the provider late afternoon on Monday to even find out if my vehicle was ready for pick-up. The service shop and the customer service representative (or office personnel)  had not communicated with one another.  This was very disappointing since I was relying on others to provide transportation during the extra time needed to replace the bumper.

    While I was very put off by the defensiveness of the office staff at the time of pick-up, the end result was that my vehicle was fixed and in perfect condition again.  Customer service training would certainly benefit this provider as I witnessed an altercation between the office personnel and another (potential) customer at the time I dropped off my vehicle for service.

    It was an insurance job. I like that the people that work there act in a professional manner and they communicate well, but I would probably not use them again in the future because I am very critical when it comes to quality.

    Fender Mender provided a detailed estimate and repaired the car perfectly. The repairs were done on time and the estimate was accurate. They even buffed out some small marks that were unrelated to the accident.
    I have used them 3-4 times over the years and recommended them to many friends and acquaintances.
    They are the most honest and upfront company I have ever dealt with.

    As soon as I walked in the door they greeted me, addressed my situation and already had the insurance broker and rental car people all lined up. It was fast and efficient. They gave me an estimate of my car being in there 3-4 days but called late the next day and I was able to get my vehicle back and it looked great. Can't rate my experience high enough! A+++!

    The car was fixed.  When I went to pick it up, the work was explained to me.  Someone called the next day and asked how the car was.  Car is guaranteed for the work that was done.  Facility was very nice.
