ACommunication: I thought that I would have a hard time reaching Ray, as his mail box was full both times I called. However, in both cases, Ray called me back promptly. He was really easy to work with, and showed up when promised. Ray was congenial, listened well and made good (but not pushy) suggestions about additional services he could help me with. After talking with him I added pressure washing walkways and driveways to the job. Quality of work: Ray performed all the work efficiently and professionally. The patio, steps, walkways, and driveways look great. Value: Ray is not the least expensive in town, but I felt that I received excellent value for my money. I plan to call on him again for my future pressure washing needs.

AAfter huge storm came through the area about a month ago, the next day I noticed a water stain on my kitchen's ceiling. I reached out to another roofing company and it took them two weeks to respond. I missed the call and attempted to call them back. Once again, they did not pick up or return my phone call. I decided to move on and I asked for recommendations on my Next Door app. Multiple people suggested Brighter Side Roofing. I called and not only did the receptionist pick up the phone, but she was able to schedule someone to come out a few days later. Antonio came out and assessed my roof. He found that roof was not damaged, but was able to find the source of the water damage. There is a pipe that is attached to the roof and it came loose, allowing water to tickle down and drip onto the ceiling of my kitchen. He did not hesitate to volunteer himself to fix it and he did not charge me for it. I would recommend this company a thousand times over. Their attentiveness and customer service is nothing short of the Chick-fil-A standard.

AI have been utilizing the services of Scott's Lawn Care for five years. Scott and his assistant are always prompt, courteous, reasonably priced and detail oriented. Recently Scott's Lawn Care relandscaped my entire backyard, which required killing all of the weeds and grass in my back yard, planting 30+ evergreen shrubs throughout the backyard and covering the entire area with pine needles. The backyard looks beautiful. I live adjacent to a fairway on a golf course. I have received several compliments from golfers passing by my yard complimenting how beautiful it is. In addition, Scott's Lawn Care prunes shrubbery, does weeding, refreshes pine needle coverings in the beds surrounding my house on a regular basis. The services are always performed well. I would highly recommend Scott's Lawn Care for large and small yard projects.

AIt went really well! They used a "SoftWash" on the exterior of the home from the roof line to the foundation, removing dirt and algae growth. Separately, they pressure washed the concrete driveway and our front brick walkway. The house, driveway, and walkway look better now than when we bought the property eleven years ago! The company worked with me to work around my schedule, and the owner was excellent at explaining the service to be performed.
