    Ultimate Construction LLC
Ultimate Construction was wonderful to work with. I contacted them the day after the hurricane to give me an estimate on repairing my vinyl siding damage, and they responded immediately. Within 24 hours they had inspected the damage and sent me a estimate. The repairs were done within several days, on time as promised.

They did a real super and fantastic job. They had years of experience and were very polite and professional. The salesman was nice as well! They even went above and beyond and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend them and I would definitely use them again.

    Powell Roofing LLC
The job took longer than we were told originally, but we were not inconvenienced in any way by this. The manufacturer sent the wrong window, so that job took an additional two weeks for the right window to come in. The guys were great (and the gal, too)! Other contractors we interviewed prior to hiring, were not prepared to work on a roof as steep as ours, and either declined or inflated the estimate. When I posted for recommendations to our neighborhood FB page, Powell was mentioned over and over. He was very professional, and we got our estimate quickly. He offered a lot more for the lowest cost. An overall great experience.

    Nailed It! Home Repairs, LLC
This company has the worst ethics and business practices I have experienced for a contractor. I contacted them about having my front door replaced and was quoted $200-250 for the slab, installing all of the hardware, and caulking around the door. When I received the written quote, it changed to $250-300, depending on the ease of the job. I agreed that was fair and he commenced work. He completely screwed up the framing of my door, didn't install the strike plates, the door wouldn't latch, there was a huge gap at the bottom and it caught at the top before it would close. No caulking was done. He had no idea how to install an electronic lock, so I had to walk him through it. I asked how much it would be to change the numbers on the front of my house and he grumbled about it. He broke a mount for the numbers and didn't tell me. I told him I didn't mind paying for quality work. When he was finished, he demanded payment before I had a chance to look over anything and asked if I 'had it' in reference to cleaning up after him. After contacting him about coming to fix the work, he said that it would be a service call and that I would be charged for the work he should have done in the first place. DO NOT use this company for anything!!

    Handyman Connection of Charleston
Mark was the service tech that came out and he did a great job. He first removed the siding in the way of the door, then got to work taking the old door out. Several pieces of the old wood siding needed to be removed to get the door out, but he showed me everything he wanted to do and did everything with no problems. Once the old door was removed, he cut out 1 of the 2x4 pieces for the frame and installed a 1x4 in its place. This was needed to make the frame opening larger for the new door. He also did some touch-up work on the rest of the frame as it was in need. I helped him get the new door into place. He checked it to be level and made sure it was going in right. He then did what was needed to get the new door in place. He caulked the openings well, as well as the bottom of the door, to ensure as little air as possible could escape. He then started putting everything back together, being sure to caulk here and there where it was needed. Then, he helped me to ensure the door operated properly. Once everything was done, he cleaned up the area well. The job actually took much longer than I thought it would, but he did way more than I thought was necessary...hence, the reason I did not do the work myself! The door looks and works great! Thanks!

    Williford Roofing Inc
We first met Willford roofing at the home show in January and spoke with them about our chimney needing to have some rotten wood replaced. They contacted us again a several weeks later and we got their quote and decided we would use them. They were not the most expensive nor the least but on the upper end. Exceptionally nice on the phone and through email. After getting dates set the gentleman showed up on the Monday to do the work he explained his helper had left and it may take a little longer but he would be done by the end of the week which was fine as we weren't really pressed for time. After he had demoed some of the wood and gotten to the inside of the chimney he called my wife and I so we could see some of the damage on the inside of the chimney and was telling us we should consider having a vapor barrier installed also but that it would cost extra. I guess he didnt read the contract as it included a vapor barrier along with replacing the wood. The under boards were in pretty sad shape and he recommended us to replace them and I agreed so the the price went up, but we had agreed to replacing the boards with plywood. When the boards were actually replaced it was with OSB board not plywood. No biggie in my book. The exterior work was excellent and he did a fantastic job with paining and clean up and was truly a nice and friendly guy the whole time. However when all was said and done the part of the chimney that was inside my sunroom still has the old siding wood as it was not replaced.
While a little pricey and little much on the upsell it was quality work. However we won't be calling Williford again for a bigger job. maybe for smaller jobs as the workman was exceptionally nice and knowledgeable.

    Coastal Siding & Windows Inc

Owner Arnie Levin was very responsive to my initial inquiry.  He arrived with a three page list of homes in my area where the company had done similar work.  He outlined all of the work involved and gave me detailed information on the products that he installs.  The quote for the work was very competitive.  He also offered to include any repair work that might be discovered while performing installation at no additional charge - such as replacing any existing sections of rotten wood.  This was significant to me because my house currently has cedar siding that is subject to rot.  Contractors were on site in less than three weeks after meeting with Arnie.  Work was completed in only four days.  I was completely blown away with the completed work.  The house looks like new.  And the best part is that now my house is almost completely maintenance free....no painting, no worrying about rotten wood.  I have an added layer of insulation that should help reduce my energy costs.  This was definitely a valuable investment.  I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for windows or siding.  You will not be disappointed.

They were wonderful.  We haven't had a single problem with the siding or trim.  The siding had the insulation already on it so it was a little pricey.  They guy came out everyday to inspect and make sure it was done right.  They cleaned up after themselves everyday.  It took about 2 or 3 days to get it done.

    Pulliam Home Remodeling Inc

On both the estimate date and the work date, Pulliam representative and crew arrived EXACTLY on time.  All were highly professional and very courteous.  The work was completed on time. Considering that it was close to Christmas, this was most impressive!  The jobsite was left in perfect order.  I have waited this long to post a review to make certain the fix "took," and no additional work would be required.  Such is the case.  I'm very pleased to have used Pulliam.
