    This was an outstanding move. All My Sons Movers did very well, NO ISSUES, no problems, no complaints. I have a 4 bedroom house in Goose Creek SC. We moved to a new house 10 miles away. I called the week before to schedule. I put down a $100 deposit. The rep quoted me $129/hour for a 26 foot truck and a 3 man crew. They showed up right on time on March 5th. The crew leader reviewed the agreement with me, made sure that I understood and agreed to everything. They started moving our 6 rooms of furniture and household goods at 8:45 AM, and were finished loading at 11:00 AM. The crew was very respectful, very professional. Shout out to Curtis, James, and DJ. They even moved our old, heavy upright piano quickly and efficiently, getting it onto the truck with minimal effort. I had about 50 cardboard boxes that I had purchased from U-Haul, and self-packed. Most of them were not completely sealed, the team took the time and effort to tape them up and to make sure that each box was secure. After the truck was loaded, the team drove to our new house. The team leader briefed me completely on the unloading process. I paid the bill after we had arrived, before the truck was completely unloaded, AS WE HAD BEEN BRIEFED AND AS I HAD AGREED TO. The team completed unloading the truck, and carefully placed each box and each piece of furniture where I had asked them to. They even took the time to assemble our beds for the night. The final bill (including the $100 deposit) was just over $600. It was well worth the money, because this crew of Curtis, James, and DJ worked like gang busters. I am 100% totally satisfied with the move, and with the service that All My Sons moving provided, I would use them again in a heartbeat, and I recommend them to anyone looking to move in the future.

    Phillip played a big part in the success of the sale of my home. He performed a complete home inspection and presented a beautifully detailed report. He then made repairs to the items we agreed upon as well as a few more I added. Included electrical, plumbing and drywall repair. As a result, no further repairs were requested by the home buyers inspector. Excellent work, Phillip. Thank you!

    The cost estimate was $400 less than the nearest competitor. A young man came out and did the estimate and assured me they could handle the load expertly. He looked at the house and the storage unit. I had moved the goods in a Penske 26' truck, and he said they would be using a 26 ' truck as well. (We later realized their 26' truck was not as tall as the Penske, by quite a bit. Less than 94" floor to ceiling...the Penske was 110")On the day of the move they were on time and seemed energetic and professional. I noticed right away they had very few protective blankets...36 total for the move. That was too few for the amount of furnishings that would need to be properly wrapped. Some of our best wood furniture was not blanket wrapped, rather just had plastic wrap around many furniture items. They loaded fairly tight, and little wasted space. I warned them about a tool box that had drawers that would not lock, and that they would need to band or wrap the drawers so they did not fly out. This they did not do, which resulted in damage to our Mahogany headboard during the unloading process. The team worked really hard and efficiently, and they were careful while actually moving the furniture. It was a hot day but they pushed through and were done with the house in 3-4 hours...that is when we realized they were going to have to unload, go pick up the storage (mostly boxes) and make a second run. Their truck did not have as much capacity. The run to storage went quickly after a short lunch break. Again they were out of blankets during the first run, so the small dresser incurred some marks/scrapes along the bottom. After unloading the price was reworked a little and I think I paid a little under $800 plus the $135. I would use the same crew, provided they had adequate support in the form of blankets to wrap items. The company sent someone out to look at the damage, and he did some cosmetic touch up, but not a full repair. He told us the company would not authorize him to do a full repair, and they paid him a flat fee to do "something" with the damage. Again, the crew worked very hard, and were as professional as I have ever seen...EXCEPT they did not have the tools they needed to protect our furniture!!

    Full Service Home Inspections
    We needed a home inspection done quickly and Jeff made time out of his weekend to fit us in. The coordination between him and our realtor was excellent. I met him at the house to put my own eyes on any possible issues that may pop up. Jeff literally walked me through the entire house pointing out each little detail that caught his eye. I could not have asked for a better experience. In the end I got a very detailed report with pictures included that just solidified what I had seen at the house myself. I would recommend Jeff to anyone.

    Our experience with them was horrible. They were very expensive first of all, but I thought quality comes at expense. However, there were more furniture destroyed, family heirlooms destroyed and it was all based upon the way they packed it in the truck wrong. They put a 150-year old table at the bottom of tons of materials and it crashed it and also the heavy duty tools like a table saw, they put so much weight on top of it that it crashed. There were dozens of ceramics and things destroyed as well. Here in Georgia, they were right on, but in South Carolina, they gave us a window. They said that they would be there between 8 and 12. I asked them if they were aware that it will take them two days to do it and told them why would not they just be here early and do it all in one day. They said that that was the way they do it. So, the punctuality in South Carolina was horrible, but here in Georgia, it was perfect.

    We were looking for investment property. He was patient, asked us questions to get a feel for what we were looking for. We asked questions and if he didn't have an answer, he would go get an answer and call us back. He was the most patient person I have ever worked with. He knows the market backwards and forward. He is VERY knowledgeable and has first hand experience with investment properties. He also referred us to contractors that were super that we might not have ever been able to find. Getting good people to do work is really tough even if they are on Angie's list. Often they are too busy to come out...We had a wonderful experience when we bought the property and a great experience when we sold the property. Randy was a dream to work with. For ANY real estate needs I would highly recommend him.

    After the initial email I received no further contact from the company. When moving day came they never showed up and received no answer every time I called and one number was disconnected. Went by the address listed on the internet turns out they never had an office there. Luckily I bought this through living social who refunded me my money within hours. And I was able to find a last minute company to move me the next day.

    They were right on time to start the job.  Moved several heavy pieces of furniture, four beds, two fridges, and a stand up freezer all in about 3 1/2 hours.  Unloaded all of our stuff in two hours and returned a fridge and stove back to our old house.  Very professional, polite, and fast working!  WORTH EVERY PENNY SPENT!!!  Thanks much Low Country Moving Specialists!!!  Hope to see you in another 20 years, because we ain't doing this any time soon!  As painful and stressful as moving is, Low Country Moving Specialists made our move that much easier at a fair cost.  Thanks again!

    Choice Home Warranty
    Absolutely horrible.  I have NEVER felt compelled to write a negative review of ANY company.  However, Choice Home Warranty (CHW) is has a team dedicated to (trying) to find a way to not be contractually obligated to cover anything.
    Stay way from this company.  Check out other online reviews, including the lawsuit filed against CHW by the state of New Jersey's Division of Consumer Affairs.  For more info:
     Long story short, upon moving into the home we had a few minor issues- to include a washing machine stop working and the ice maker in the fridge stopped working.  
    The CHW-dispatched technician sent to "evaluate" the washing machine was grossly incompetent- stating he did not know much at all about Bosch clothes washers; stated he would contact Bosch post-visit to further investigate the problem (never did); AND, after checking the water supply lines to the washing machine, when he reconnected the lines he did not do so fully.  After the technician left we started a load of clothes and departed the house to run some errands.
    Upon returning to the home, the our laundry room and garage floor was flooded with water.  I eventually traced the leak to a LOOSE water supply line that the CHW-dispatched technician had not fully tightened.  So, the CHW-dispatched guy that (i guess) went to washing machine fixing school apparently was NOT PRESENT the day they taught how to reconnect water supply lines.  
    CHW initially state they would help process a liability insurance claim between me and the company.   That never happened.  I
    Most recently, an evaporator coil inside our HVAC air handler started to leak freon.  Despite the CHW-dispatched technician's recommendation, CHW has decided to NOT cover the replacement of the evaporator coil.  
    I've personally spoken with the technician numerous times.  He's confirmed (numerous) times what he recommended.  I've requested CHW provide a written response to the what (they say) the technician's diagnosis is/was.  
    In an email sent to me, CHW responded that the company has a policy that it will NOT discuss in writing the status or outcome of a claim.  And, that ALL of CHW's communication with it's technician's is VERBAL.  Which is to say CHW can spin a diagnosis or claim any which way they want.
    I do not RECOMMEND CHW to anyone.  They've continually demonstrated poor customer service and an unwillingness to demonstrate integrity with me as a consumer.
