The date to replace my roof was set up promptly and during the day of repair the owner of Allrestore kept in contact with me on the progress. As for the team, this group was the best I have ever seen; hard working, knowledgeable, steady, safe, and courteous. Overall, I received a beautiful roof, clean gutters, better ventilation for years to come by a company that cares and takes pride in their work; including leaving your house/yard in the conditon they found it. I had bad experiences with several other roofing companies (being lazy, not communicating properly & doing a really horrible job). Derrick & his crew were a refreshing change. They showed up quickly with the appropriate materials. They communicated well & were experienced, licensed, and insured. AWinyah Construction IncJustus is awesome. I had another bid, but so happy I chose Justus to do the work. He did an awesome job. His crews were on time and very capable of doing the work. Justus did some of the work himself and did an excellent job. He was on the job daily to ensure all crews were here and to handle any situations that may occur. He is easy to communicate with, returns calls and text in a timely manner. He is very pleasant and I can’t say enough good things about him. This job took about 10 weeks total so I really got to know Justus very well and enjoyed our discussions and respected his advice. I would definitely hire him for any other work I may need in the future and highly recommend him. We had already hired Justus, Winyah Construction, for the job mentioned above when my husband had an accident and fractured his hip. So before Justus started the big job, I called him to see if he could renovate my other bathroom taking out the huge garden tub and put in a walk-in shower, put a 30” door and new floor on the bedroom across the hall from that bathroom. I knew our master bedroom was going to be tore up for weeks and my husband who is a totally disabled vet would need to use that bedroom and bathroom once released from the hospital. He was on it immediately and had it completed in plenty time for my husband to use it. Then within a week he started the big job we had hired him for initially. AAllrestore ContractingBetter than I expected! Jim responded to my request for a quote and arrived at my home the next day. He provided me with a detailed inspection and showed me pictures of the problems with my existing roof. He explained all my options thoroughly and was able to start within two weeks time. He secured the necessary permit from the county and his team of installers was top notch. The installation was pain free and only took 2.5 days! He even replaced a piece of plywood that had water damage.- Andrew L.

AInitially impressed with reviews of Mr. Harts and his crew. They did not disappoint in any respect. Derek Harts did all of the measuring and addressed our concerns. Mr. Hart’s kept us updated on the progress of our bow window (built for our space). He called us when the window arrived, but the stormy weather was not cooperative. Checked in with us until the rain let up and then scheduled the removal of our old bow window and the installation of our beautiful new window! Mr. Harts and his crew were very prompt, patient with ALL of our questions, very knowledgeable/professional, all measurements were correct the first time, extremely heavy window. This time the big bow window was installed correctly with overhead cable supports and shield from top of window up to sealed soffit. I hosed it down with strongest stream from garden hose to simulate hurricane force, and not one drop of water was observed inside. There was some rot from where the old window had been leaking and they removed the siding from below the window and replaced the rotten wood and reinstalled the siding. The first thing we noticed was that we could stand in front of our bow window and not feel the heat from the sun that kept us from using this space! We would not hesitate to use them again, worth every penny!!!!

DThey did a pretty good job and fast. Last year I started noticing it didn't patch right. They tried to cover it up with some shingles and the shingles buckle during the summertime. When they came for an inspection after they finish the roof, the guy stated it was the end piece but, we couldn't find it. We have a lifetime roof. We tried to call but, no response at all. I called several times.

The roofing crew of 6 guys completely removed the old shingles, repaired damaged sheathing and installed new roof in less than a day (in record breaking temperatures). A military friendly company!
