From the initial consultation and review of the renovation requirements, through the bidding, award, and execution, they proved to be highly communicative; flexible; innovative; and exceptionally competent. They kept the project on track and on-budget while owners were absent. Options to resolve hidden flaws in the original construction of the home were quickly evaluated and communicated for cost, schedule impact, and esthetics. Overall, very pleased with the performance of On-Site Builders. Not being on-site, we needed to be able to trust in the capabilities and judgement of Gary and James. ABlue Horizon did an exceptional job as our general contractors for the renovation of our commercial space in downtown Charleston. We converted a commercial space from a retail boutique into a full restaurant and production kitchen. Our space turned out beautifully. Chris and Rusty were always professional and highly responsive. Their price was great and fair. Our space is at 6 Beaufain Street, Charleston - Off Track Ice Cream. We recommend their services!

AContractor's Plus did an excellent job repairing my home from an extensive termite infestation. I called Contractor's Plus and they came to my home the same day to look at the damage. Contractor's Plus was very fair and transparent regarding the work to be completed and my costs. Although the work was much more extensive than we initially realized, Contractor's Plus was able to repair the full extent of the damage and keep me informed throughout the process. The team worked quickly and was able to bring our home back to the same state as prior to the termite discovery. Henri and his team managed the entire repair process from begging to end, to include obtaining the necessary permits, framing, painting, electrical work, and roofing. I would recommend and have recommended Contractor's Plus to anyone requiring the services of an honest and reputable general contractor. I will be using Contractor's Plus in the future for all of my home remodeling and repair needs.

ADon was easy to communicate with. He gave a fair price and we agreed to the project. After the contract was signed and a 50% deposit the work began. He told us every evening his progress and what he would do the next day. His work was so awesome we added an additional project. There were no issues or surprises and we are very satisfied. We have asked him to return for another project.
