He had to replace the dishwasher, so they went to a local retailer to buy a new one, which he installed quickly and efficiently. He easily corrected the problems with our ceiling fan and dishwasher, and adjusted a window balancer in the master bedroom. CNot well. The technician first tried to sell me duct cleaning and then said a sensor was bad with a replacement cost of $208.00. I was suspicious and asked him to leave. I had to call another firm to come down and fix what the young man did. He left the capacitor unplugged that starts the motor. The other firm confirmed there was nothing wrong with the pressure sensing module. The last 3 times this firm performed my semi-annual service they tried selling duct cleaning or some other maintenance issue. I truly believe they pay their techs to build an invoice similar to what service estimators at car dealerships do.

AMy new bath is beautiful! The quality of work is excellent. Enver is honest, reliable, hard-working and professional. All work was completed without me being onsite. Enver sent pictures and videos each day and called to make sure the job was going smoothly according to plan. There was good communication He listens and offers suggestions as needed.
