    The results of the inspection were not exactly what I had hoped for but I now have a real understanding of the condition of my unit. Technician checked all wiring and connections and cleaned coils and checked compressor and added some refrigerant to the unit. AireServ did an outstanding job of helping me to better understand the condition of my A/C unit and to make a more timely evaluation on life expectancy of my unit. Recommended new system soon.

    Called and had them come check our ducts.  They came promptly Friday, December 19th and said they would call with an estimate the following Monday, December 22nd.
    Monday came, no call. I called them back that next Monday, December 29th.  They said that only one person could provide an estimate and he was not available.  They would call me back later that week with the numbers.  That week passed with no call.  I called the next Monday, January 5th. The receptionist apologized for not calling and said she would get the estimate for me and call on Tuesday, January 6th.  She did and gave me a quote of $442. 
    I gave her a call back on Wednesday, January 7th saying yes please do the work and we would like to enter a contract to have our units serviced spring and fall.  She said they were currently working on a project and would be able to work on our property Friday January 9th and the person would bring the contract.  Something must have changed, because she called me back Thursday January 8th and said they would not be able to and she would call because it would need to be 3-4 days later.
    Over 5 business days pass and I call back on the week of the January 19th.  They tell me 3-4 days.  This happens two more times between January 26th and February 20th.  That is a total of 20 business days but I only count 15 of them because we had an ice storm one week.
    After waiting over two weeks to get the estimate from the appraisal and their inability to provide me with a start date for nearly 2 months following this.  I called them on February 23rd and told them I was taking my business elsewhere. I asked what I owed and they said $75. I payed them the next day.
    That Monday February 23rd I also called another company about servicing my ducts.  They came as scheduled the following Wednesday and my work is scheduled to begin Monday  March 2nd.

    I called on Friday just before lunch and they were at my door 1 1/2 hours later! The service techs were very nice and diagnosed the problem quickly. They were not able to do everything needed right then (repair wiring and thoroughly clean out system before refilling Freon) but since the weather was warming up we agreed that they would return Monday to complete the work. They made sure before they left to set my thermostat for emergency heating and asked if I had another source of heat just in case. The technicians returned on Monday exactly when they said they would and completed the job, resetting my thermostat and making sure everything was right. I will definitely use them again!

    I called up Waldrop to get a quote on a new ground loop for our geothermal heating system.  Understandably they wanted to make sure that the system really did need a new larger ground loop.  The company suggested that we check the system to make sure it is functioning properly.  I agreed.  The service technician came in and did not bring all the gages he needed for both freon types that we have for two different heat pump units.  He had to come back a week later and charged us for two service calls and did not find anything wrong.  The Service technician agreed that our current ground loop was inadequate and needed to be expanded.  We had to pay for 2 service calls because the repairman was not properly prepared for the job.  I called four times to get the quote for the ground loop expansion and never got a response.  Pretty sneaky way to turn a free quote into 2 service calls.

    Felt they went above and beyond my quote. Once they got under the house they realized it required more work than the initial estimate. Very polite and courteous, put plastic tarp down in the yard and planted grass seed and covered with straw in the area where they had to mix the cement for the supports. Thought they did an excellent job! They finished a little ahead of schedule, thought it would take about a week, but it was four days. Had three men here working to get the job done. Would call if they were going to be late, usually to stop and pick up supplies, but it was never over 30 minutes.

    It was an emergency situation, and he was able to come that very same day to help us. Despite the fact that it was raining outside, he still finished the job. We greatly appreciated that, because we really needed to get everything back up and running. He stayed and worked for several hours until it was done. He didn't complain about it, he was happy to do it. We very much appreciated his attitude towards it. We would use them again in the future.

    They did a good job and we were pleased with the work. Their cooperation with us in wanting to do a good job was satisfactory to us. We were pleased with them. We were very proud of what they did and it is clean and appears to work. We are satisfied. I think that the price was fair but I don't know what others would charge. We feel like we got our money's worth. The quality of their work appears to be good but time will tell.

    They come once every 6 months or whenever we ask to do something. They do regular maintenance work. The cost of these visits depends on what they do. They did not give me the bill for the job they did this morning. My husband and his parents have used them before. They provide good service and their prices are reasonable.

    Excellent service. They came right over even earlier than they estimated and they called when they were on the way. Fixed the problem in about 10 minutes and the cost of the service call was less than any home call I've had.

    They did just about everything with my unit. They are great people and they do a terrific job all the time, every time. I am very pleased with their work and I love them dearly. I pay them yearly for all services throughout the year, which is not a bad deal considering how expensive this kind of work could be. I have used them for 35 years and I have no reason to complain.
