    Dr. Swad impressed me very favorably from the beginning. He listens and believes that the patient probably knows more about their own body than anyone else. Unfortunately for Dr. Swad and his patients, he belongs to one of these medical management outfits (not exactly an HMO but they seem to operate the business the same way. They hire his office staff and set his office hours. He has now gone from office hours of 5 days a week to only 2. The staff was remarkably untrained. Looks like I'll have to find another doctor as it is now very difficult to get timely appointments and if you need him in a hurry, forget it. It's a damn shame that such a good practitioner has to answer to corporate bean counters.

    She is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. Dr. Bland is willing to work with patients. The greatest thing about her practice is that there are several other excellent doctors there that I can go see if she is out of the office or unavailable.

    Dr. Morgan is very intelligent and is straight to the point. He is very helpful and cares deeply about his patients. He is willing to work with patients, particularly on weight loss. He believes in a good doc-patient relationship to be a success. He is usually pretty easy to get in for a walk-in appointment. And if he's not available, the other doctors within the practice are excellent too (I've been in to see nearly all of them at least once).

    DEBBIE HARRIS
    I was referred to Debbie by the retirement home where my mother once stayed. We hired her about 3 weeks ago to assist in the home care of my elderly mother. During this time, she was almost always late or leaving early. I had terminated her employment once in the past, but she had apologized and begged for her job back. We gave her a second chance. This was a huge mistake. On 5/29/08, my mother was sick and I had to take her to the doctor (This again was on a day that Debbie had to leave early). Debbie called us that night and informed us that she was short on money and asked us to pay her $307 cable bill. We set up a payment plan to take $100 a week from her pay until the debt was clear. She call me the next day (again late) and said that her utilities had been disconnected and she had bills to pay and would arrive later in the day. She has since "disappeared" and we have yet to hear back from her. As of today, 6/5/08, she has never paid us the money back and has not responded to the many calls we have made and messages we have left.
