They worked hard all day and completed the project a day earlier than expected. His quote was spot on and there were no surprises. We can not say enough about how well this job was done.     Bradley Contractors LLC
    Mr. Bradley gave us a quote on November 27, 2018 and requested half of the money up front. After numerous excuses he showed up to rip out the ceiling, but brought NO LADDER. A few days later he returned to throw some insulation in the ceiling telling us he had to order the sheet rock. ( We later discovered that Lowe's AND Home Depot carry this.) He did not respond to repeated calls or texts until January. On January 10, 2018, he put up the sheet rock and said he needed to go home and cut the covering. He did not return Friday or Saturday to finish the project. We went to his house, as again he would not respond to calls or texts, to explain that the project must completed by Monday because the house will be professionally prepped for painting tomorrow. He assured us he would be here today, but instead, my husband received a text stating that he had been to the GCSO to file a complaint and we were not to communicate verbally or in writing with him or his business. He told us the GCSO had opened a criminal case against US. I spoke with the GCSO and was told that he had complained. They told him it was a civil matter. I explained the situation and was told we could pursue the matter of unsatisfactory/incomplete work, for which we had paid, with the magistrate. I don't know why he would behave in such an unprofessional manner; if he didn't want the job, why did he take our money and sign a contract?! Having had such a negative experience with Kim Bradley, I would not recommend his business. The red flag should have been raised when he asked for half the fee up front.

    Great job for a very reasonable price. We have very high ceilings, he used the same brand paint from Sherwin Williams, and halfway through the job we decided to add more work, he was accommodating, his worker stayed late on a Friday evening to finish.

    I couldn't be happier. Jose is an excellent painter. He was always on time, and he cleaned up thoroughly before he left for the day. He is very professional, and is easy to work with. He had to do a lot of patching on my kitchen walls before he could paint. I would definitely hire him again, and have already referred him to my friends.

    Nick and Dallas were quick to respond and eager to work with me on our project. The property line was a bit overgrown with shrubs and trees but they took care of everything for an awesome price! I highly recommend Blue Ridge because they are local and kept me in the loop with every step of the build. Great job guys keep it up!

    Pleased with the actual painting. Not pleased with the service at all. I was scheduled to have the work begin on Dec 12. No one showed or called until Thursday. So work was rescheduled for the following Tuesday. Painter did not show until 3 pm and work still was not started. Wednesday, painters arrived at 10:57 when I was told they would be there at 8:30. Came late everyday until job was finished,which took longer than expected. Also, there was another $374 added to the total because of "second coat of paint". This should have been included in the initial estimate from the beginning. This will be paid but I will not be recommending this company to anyone I know. Other than the paint itself, an added positive is being able to pay via PayPal.

    Rob Mangham & Eric McKee arrived 45 minutes early for their job at Younts Center for Performing Arts, to install beautiful shutters on our new box office. The installation was quick, quiet, and the shutters have made our newly renovated lobby look that much better. Rob came to my office and invited me to see the finished job, and he watched me operate the shutters for the first time. Tips to open from inside and close from the outside were helpful, since he knows the best way to do it.
    He left us with a bottle of touch up paint, and some delicious chocolate cookies.

    Shane was responsive, professional, kind and courteous through the entire process. We feel he went above and beyond what most local contractors would do.  He arrived when he said he would and always called ahead to give us a heads up he was on his way and what he would accomplish that day.
    We are looking forward to scheduling our next paint project with him in a couple weeks!  Thanks Shane!  Great job!

    Decker Home Repairs LLC
    It took several weeks for someone from Decker's to come to my house and get the 1 day job done. The windows look good, so I hope all of the work is done correctly. It is critical in order to prevent leaking around the windows.
    The porch rails, the simplest of the jobs, were not done very well. One of the top rails bowed and came loose from the pickets. They cemented one of the posts without it being leveled. The rail leaned outward and there was cement left on top of a couple of  bricks on my steps. I didn't think that it was very professional looking. I called Decker's office and reached their project manager. He came to my house to see the rails for himself. He told me it was a messy job. He assured me that this would be taken care of. After many calls and being told that the job would be done in two weeks, or week after next, or when one of the workers got back from vacation, etc. (and four months), I finally got in touch with Jamie Decker. He told me that I wasn't on "the board" for warranty work. I asked him why I was not on the board. No reason was given. Jamie also told me that my job was under quoted and that he lost money on it. I told him that was not my fault. I paid the amount that I was quoted and this was not an estimate, it was a quote. He was rude and basically badgered me for 5+ minutes. I have never been talked to in such an unprofessional manner by anyone that I have done business with.  He assured me that he would have them fixed in 2 weeks. Not! From this point on, I wasn't able to reach him via telephone again. After leaving a message I wasn't called back, I was texted! It was several weeks before the work was finally completed. 
    This warranty work was a small job that probably took a very short time to complete. It could have been completed in a professional, timely manner and this confrontation could have been avoided.
    I will not be hiring Decker Home Repair for any other jobs and nor will I recommend them to anyone.
