    This is the second year that I have utilized the lawn equipment services of Mr. Heinrich Dias and he did a fantastic job once again!  Heinrich changed the oil and filters, sharpened blades, and performed a tune-up on my riding lawn mower.  He also repaired my weed eater, which would not crank.  He broke down and cleaned the carburetor, changed the spark plug, changed the fuel line, and tuned it up.  Heinrich is a great guy and stands behind his work.

    To say Rick is a miracle worker is an understatement.  Ricky is incredibly knowledgeable and knows exactly how to create value for his customers, which is a rarity in businesses today.  I found his prices to be reasonable and he went about his work promptly and professionally.  When he was done, Ricky test drove the mower to ensure everything worked.  Ricky corrected all the problems with the lower deck being too low, fixed the instability, and it doesn't shake any more when I engage the mower blades.  He doesn't try to upsell customers on parts and services they do not need.  The mower works like a charm now, the deck looks correct and mows at the right height.  There's no shaking at all now when I engage the blades.  The motor doesn't struggle any more and everything runs and cuts a whole lot better than before.

    Heinrich did a fantastic job!  He changed all the fluids and filters, lubricated everything, sharpened/balanced blades, and cleaned off old grass matted inside the mower deck.  The lawn mower was prepared for the mowing season.  Heinrich also worked on my weed eater and got it running for me.
     I highly recommend Heinrich for any of your lawn care equipment repairs.  He is very thorough in his work and a fine christian man who is very pleasant and honest to work with.  He also comes to your location to perform the work, which I thought was great!  I will definitely be using him again in the future.

    The experience was incredible. I called Heinrich at about 3pm and he told me that he could be done to do the work within the next 2 hours, which blew me away. He just asked me to text him some pics of the model #s so that he could come prepared with parts. And that is exactly what he did. He showed up in a very unassuming Volvo car with all of his tools and was a true craftsman. He was extremely professional and very friendly to talk with. He did a great job making me feel like I was getting my money's worth and even gave me some education to go with it. He was here for 3 hrs making sure everything was perfect since my machines weren't maintained for a few yrs. It was very well worth it! I rarely write reviews but I felt compelled to do so in this case because he truly deserves it for his passion.

    Their basic diagnostic charge is a reasonable $38.50. They said that the main problem was that I had flooded it from not releasing the choke soon enough. They made a minor carb adjustment, and only charged me $38.50. The man also took a few minutes to explain how to start it better. Altogether a very good experience. I never imagined I wouldn't be charged more.

    I left a message for Ricky this morning and he quickly called me back. I was very excited he was able to come take a look at our lawn mower today! He came by this evening and had us all fixed up in less than a 1/2 hour. It was great that I didn't have to take the mower somewhere to be fixed and even better that he was able to fix it immediately. Hopefully he'll be coming back this spring to give our mower its spring tune-up!

    He did a great job. He was wonderful. It was an expensive job but sometimes you have to pay good money to get good work. I thought it was going to take a lot longer that it did. However, he picked it up on a Saturday and we got it the next Friday. He was very nice, knows what he is doing and he is very well experienced.

    Excellent service and great value.  After calling a few small engine repair shops, I did a search and found "The Blade Doctor."  The reviews were glowing and the price seemed reasonable.  Scott returned my call and scheduled an appointment within a few days.  He showed up as scheduled, identified the issue and completed the repair in less than 30 minutes. I am telling all my friends and would not hesitate to call Scott again in the future.

    Ricky brought new life to my old, neglected mower. I explained the situation to him over the phone and he ordered the parts he assumed he would need based on that - he was spot on. Once he was done, the mower worked better than it had in years; when I mentioned previously that it was neglected, I wasn't lying - I hadn't done one bit of maintenance to it in the 8 years that I owned it. I've used it for several mowings since the work and it's running great.

    A woman from the office called us to tell us he was running late, and then he didn't come for an hour. We called back and were told he wasn't answering his cell phone. We finally called back again the next day, talked to him, and he told us that he didn't come because he couldn't work in the rain. We asked why he didn't call us and he said he didn't use his cell phone while he was working. We said to forget it.
