    Stonehaven Remodeling Services
Stonehaven Remodeling just completed a multi-room remodeling project for me and I couldn't be more pleased. The general contractor, Stacy Beam, and all of the tradesmen necessary for my project were professional, nice to deal with, and did quality work. I highly recommend Stonehaven Remodeling!

    Carolina Complete Services LLC
Overall we were extremely pleased with the project. There were a few bumps in the road but they were always willing to do what they could to work with us. I love the way our bathroom looks and the price was very reasonable. I had complete trust in them and felt very comfortable leaving a key on days I couldnt be there to let them in. I would not hesitate to use Carolina Complete Services again and would highly recommend them.

Jim MacQueen did what nobody else could do, and effectively stopped the water from leaking into the bottom tray of our sliding glass door. We had one professional contractor that is a friend of ours look at it, and had another contractor try to repair it that didn't end up doing the job, and then when we called him back a few days later, he never even returned our call. It was hard to find someone to repair the door, most places I called only wanted to sell me new ones, but except for the weather stripping, our doors were fine and in excellent shape. In addition to the door, we also had the driveway patched that had a few small cracks. Jim used a new product called Slab that had worked for some other customers, but the product took several days to dry and even after that, there were still some soft spots. Jim came out again within a few days of our call and repaired it conventionally with regular concrete mix at no additional charge, and did a fine job. Jim MacQueen was a God send, and we will definitely recommend him and use him again for any repairs.

Jim MacQueen was a GOD SEND! He did something another contractor failed to do, and two others refused to do because they didn't think they could do it without getting the name of the manufacturer and original type weatherstripping used, which was not necessary to make the repair on our sliding glass door. Every time there was a hard rain, water would leak in at the bottom of the metal tray of our sliding glass door. Another contractor had tried to fix it and it didn't do the job, and when we called that contractor back to report the problem, he didn't even return our call. However, after scheduling Jim after my wife talked to him, Jim came by on time and repaired the door, and also used a new item called Slab to repair our driveway. The door was as dry as a bone after two hard rain storms. Our driveway took a long time to dry and still had some soft spots after several days and it just got a little inconvenient to use only one side of the driveway. I commend Jim for trying the new product Slab to repair our driveway which he said had worked well for others, but it just didn't work as well for us. Jim took the time to come back out to our home and repair the driveway the conventional way with concrete mix at no additional charge after only a few days of being notified, and he did a fine job, but his work on repairing the sliding glass door was beyond excellent! The door was a real problem for a couple of years and it brought tears to my wife's eyes at times at the frustration of having to deal with this. We are an older couple who cannot be on our hands and knees with towels every time we have a hard rain. We will definitely be using Jim MacQueen again for any other services we need for our house, and we will definitely be recommending him to other people who need repairs to their homes. God bless you Jim, you helped take away a real problem for us with our sliding glass door, and saved us from spending at least $1,000.00 to replace them, and they did not need replacement and are in excellent shape, especially since it doesn't leak in water anymore! Life is so much better for us now!

    Palmetto Handyman of York
Ross called me back after I submitted in a request on Angies List. We spoke for a good 20 minutes and agreed that he would meet us on Monday to come out and take a look. My husband even spoke to him after I did just to get a feel of the guy. We both liked speaking with him and he seemed very knowledgeable and friendly. We were both satisfied with the phone calls. This was Friday. Monday rolls around and at 4:30 no Ross. We waited until 5:20 before sending him a text asking if he still planned on coming and if we needed to reschedule. No response until 7:00 and it was How was your day. A text obviously not meant for me. We responded with we would still like him to come out and what dates could he reschedule. Not a peep back. I would not recommend him to anyone. A simple phone call or text saying that he couldnt make it was all we needed. We didnt even get that. Only a text that was clearly not intended for us.

This was a very successful project. Jim was very professional, always on time, cleaned up after completing the work and provided top notch quality. Very effective communication before and during the project and follow up afterwards. If I didn't know that this was an add-on, I would swear that it was part of the original home construction. Everything matched up perfectly. i will definitely reach out to Castle Keep Solutions for any future projects.

Awful! The first day Joe showed up late and then after about 5 minutes, he told me he would be back to start in an hour and a half. He never came back. I wasted my whole day waiting. The next day he came and disappeared part way through. Only worked on one side of our wall. The third day he came late, disappeared for almost two hours and couldn't get the job finished in time for the plumbers to reconnect our hot water heater so we had no hot water. But had he not left, we would have been in time for the plumbers to reconnect. He was super rude to me and not one bit sorry that because of his actions we were left with no hot water. He assured me he would be on time the next day and if he wasn't I could put his tools out. He was late again, but I gave him one last chance. He needed to be finished by 2pm and assured me he would be. He managed to disappear again this time for 40 minutes. At 2pm he still wasn't finished and the plumbers got paint on their hands as the wall was still wet. After he cleaned up, I paid him an additional 25% as the job was still not done and there was 25% left. After looking at the walls and realizing he still wasn't finished I emailed him and documented every issue and terminated him. I also sent him a text. He had the nerve to ask for the remaining balance of $315 to be paid! I received a quote from someone else using texted pictures and measurements and he is going to charge us $300-$350 to finish the dry wall repair, put the shoe moulding up and paint. He also did a cable box install without telling me first how much it would be and then wanted $60 for something my husband could have done especially since we supplied him with the outlet for the wall! Stay away!!! Just awful
