    William Burns DDS,DMD
The staff is very friendly as well as Dr. Burns. He sometimes answers the phone himself. I have several health issues and he always asks me how those are going when I go in. They always make sure that I am comfortable asking me several times during each visit it I am doing okay. I feel very at ease with Dr. Burns and that is saying alot because I really don't like to go to the dentist!

Heather J Brown DDS Family Dentistry
Dr. Brown and her staff were extremely courteous.  After a cleaning (very gentle, thorough and unrushed), we discussed multiple treatment options for some issues I was having.  Dr. Brown covered all the options and each ones pros and cons.
I am returning to her this week, and have set up appointments for my other 4 family members.

I have used other dentists since moving here from Atlanta.  Charlotte Dentistry and Dr Eshleman have been great and are available to listen and work with you and your concerns.
From the planning of costs and time involved, all was spelled out and totally professional.

Dr. Schraw was willing to come in on her day off to fix the problem and re-glue the crown.  I was initially very nervous that the exposed tooth could become infected by Monday but her immediacy (she was at the office in 10 minutes) prevented any larger issue and gave me comfort that she could be counted on.  Over the years the staff has always been gracious, cooperative, knowledgeable, and priced right.  A no-brainer for my family and I.

I like its convenient location; it’s close to work. Their dentists keep switching. It’s like every time I go I feel like I have a new dentist. The staff is good. The turnaround is kind of rough. You get used to a dentist, you get a new one. Like, I had braces there but I had the same dentist throughout that – that was great – but as soon as they were done that dentist was gone. And then I had a couple of issues but I had a new dentist and he was really, honestly kind of rude about the whole thing. So, that kind of ticked me off. But they usually have good dentists, even though the turnaround rate is high.

    James B. Schwartz DDS

The dental  issue was serious and Dr. Schwartz resolved it promptly and skillfully.  He was confident and his long experience in dental practice was very evident in the efficient way in which he handled the problem.  His office is very modern and well equipped and his staff is most accommodating and friendly.  I would recommend him highly.

I've visited twice now, one for a cleaning and the other for a filling. The filling was the best experience I've ever had-- virtually no pain during the procedure or afterwards. The cleaning was great as well. Everyone at the office is kind is courteous. The bedside manner is also very professional and does not disappoint.

    Karen Thompson DDS
Wow...I could write a 10 page review of this dental practice, so I will try to make it short. I was referred to Dr. Karen Thompson by a pediatric dentist in the area and called to make an appointment with Dr. Thompson for myself and my daughter. We went to our scheduled appointment and found the office to be decorated quite nice. Both my daughter and I wanted a teeth cleaning, and before we knew it, we were seen by someone who never introduced themselves and later realized that it was Dr. Jennifer McCabe, not Dr. Thompson. Within 10 minutes and lots of high tech pictures taken of my teeth, Dr. McCabe recommended that I have about $10,000 worth of dental work. Having gone to a dentist back home for 20 years, I was shocked that she felt that I needed so much work. Interestingly enough, I could overhear another patient next to me being told that he needed significant work and it seemed as though he was surprised as well. I was obviously concerned and sought a second opinion from a different dentist in the area. Though he did agree that I did need one tooth repaired, he definitely did NOT recommend messing with other fillings that seemed to be in good repair. He utilized the xrays that Fountains Dental took, though they were intitially resistant to providing them to me. Though Dr. McCabe recommended significant reconstructive work, she never identified a small, visible to the eye cavity that I did have. Hmmm..guess a cavity isn't a high enough charge to worry about. A few days later, I received a certified letter in the mail from the practice stating that Fountains Dentistry is terminating their relationship with me as they don't feel that I trust their professional opinion. Can you imagine that, being fired from your dentist because of their oversell and lack of cavity identification. Maybe if I would have been seen by Dr. Thompson as I expected, the trusting relationship may have been better. As an aside note, my husband also went for a teeth cleaning and significant, but unnecessary work was also suggested as confirmed by another dentist. So my advice...stay as far away from this practice as possible unless you want to pay a lot for unnecessary work.

Dr. Blank was the consummate professional, along with his assistant Sam and the front desk person, Monica.  The Dental Hygienist, Jan, found a small possible cavity near the bridge margin 2 months prior.  Dr. Blank's staff and him are trusted professionals that you can trust to do excellent work.  The bridge was removed and it was a good decision, because the cavities were not small.  The tooth was saved and the dental work was the best that one could hope.

If you want excellent dental work with results you can be pleased in, then this is the dental office for you.  In Fort Mill, SC there are very good dentist.  This is one of those dentist and staff that you can trust that will provide professional care.

    Lloyd, Dr. Robert H.
I have used him for almost 19 years. His service is tremendous. When you ring that number, Cathy answers and if not, you get the machine and she calls you back in a minute. That is one well run office. They are tremendous.
My wife had broken a tooth and they said, come on in. Right then. We have sent lots of people there because they are amazing. They work right with the insurance company. They took care of all of the insurance issues and everything.
