    She is concerned about medicines I was taking from my previous doctor and she did not like the way some of them reacted. She took time to actually check and see what would react one to another. She worked with me until she found something I could take because I am on different medications. She is my new one over there. My other one left. Her nurses are great. She works with the medication until she gets it right. They've got new people over there and they don't know what they are doing.

    They're always been great. I choose them because of my insurance company, I asked for someone in the city because we had just moved here. Dr. Miller is my general doctor and he's pretty good. I've only seen him 2 times but First Choice is a pretty good organization. I have also seen Dr. Beddings and he's fantastic.

    She's had exceptional work done by Dr. Lucas. He was very understanding. He's had excellent result with other patients and he came highly recommended. It works with her. She will go to him whenever she needs to. Hopefully, it's been progressing longer and longer period in between treatments. The last time was eight months.

    The office is very relaxing and calm.  I went to him to have a complete a stress test.  He explains everything to you and tells you what is fine and what to worry about.  He treats his patients very respectfully and he sits down to talk to you.  He was really very kind as well.

    My pharmacist called last week (Thursday or Friday??) to obtain a renewal on one of my prescriptions. It was declined without reason. I called the office during normal Saturday office hours to reach their prescription line. They have a voice message area dedicated to prescription refills. The weekend attendant informed me they don't take phone calls of any kind from patients on the weekend ... despite the office being otherwise open. I called back today (7/8/2014) and left details on the refill. Someone from Dr Steadman's office called my wife (not me), but did not leave a message. My wife then called me and I again called the office. This time I spoke to the office supervisor Laura. I found Laura to be overly defensive of the office having an excuse for everything I shared. Not once did she apologize.
    Laura later called my wife (again). She said that I would need to come in and see the doctor (at $160) and have some lab tests done.
    I do not have a problem with doing lab tests. It's a good thing they're concerned and want to follow the impact of the medication. I do have a problem with having to see the doctor and the incredibly poor communications. Why in the world did they not tell my pharmacist or leave a message? Furthermore, despite my leaving my number, why do they keep calling my wife rather than me?
    Mark Steadman is one of the best doctors in the Pee Dee. He's conscientious, a great diagnostician, and has one of the best bedside manners around. His front office and nurse however are about the worst I have ever experienced. Mark Steadman has been my doctor for a decade, but his office has me exploring options elsewhere. There's just no need to treat patients as disrespectfully as they do.

    I've been using this practice for over 20 years. My primary physician is Dr. Paschal, but I understand that all of the physicians in the group are highly rated. Appointments are kept as punctual as possible. There are periodic waits, but they aren't unreasonable, especially compared to comments I see on other doctor offices. The billing is always correct and they handle all of my insurance deductibles and co-pays accurately. There is an onsite lab, which is very convenient when the doctor orders simple lab needs like blood or urine tests. I recommend this group if you are looking to establish a patient/doctor relationship.

    I was just discharged by Dr. Jason O'Dell. He is an Orthopedic Surgeon. He is good. I would give him an 'A' rating all the way down. He keeps his appointments. He is real thorough. He is nice and friendly. His staff is also nice and friendly. He is nice and friendly. He has a good bed side manner. He is real thorough. He explains things to you. He takes care of you.

    I have used the services of Dr. Margaret Hoffmeyer. I have an appointment with her tomorrow. This July it would be 2 years that I have been seeing Dr. Margaret Hoffmeyer. She has all the medical history that I gave her and I don't feel like changing doctors. I am not very satisfied with her. You have to wait too long. It usually takes anywhere from 2 to 3 hours for a doctor's visit. You can get an appointment with her relatively easy. You can easily get an appointment with her. I am really looking for another primary care doctor.

    Mark Steadman has been our family doctor for a number of years. He's excellent ... truly among the best. He's personable, attentive, and a great diagnostician. I couldn't ask for a better general practitioner.
    The problem is his front office. They are downright rude and about as unfriendly and unhelpful as one could imagine. During my most recent visit, and quot;Darleneand quot; played on her computer for several minutes after seeing me at her window. As I told her I needed to make a new appointment, she looked away and started to talk to someone else. When I got her attention again, she said and quot;wait a minuteand quot; and took a sip of her coke before looking back. She then asked and quot;what was it you wanted again?and quot;
    The next day, I received a follow up call from Mark Steadman's office. I shared the above with them. I was told someone in charge of the office would call me. No one else followed up.
    On another occasion, we needed some lab work performed. The lab at the specialist we were referred to couldn't do the work, so they suggested the lab at Mark Steadman's office. The front office snapped at me and quot;we don't do that.and quot; Ultimately, they suggested I and quot;go to the hospital.and quot; I asked where at the hospital and was told and quot;I dunno.and quot;
    My wife and I have also had problems with billing. More than once, our first bill has shown and quot;30 days past due.and quot; It is near impossible to get through on the phone. Everything goes to voice mail and they don't return the call. Twice, my wife has made a special trip across town just to clear up billing errors.
    Again, Mark Steadman is excellent. His office is horrible and has us looking for another general practitioner.
