    ADT Authorized Premier Provider
We recently got new alarms installed by Protect Your Home - ADT Authorized Premier Provider, and we were very happy with how responsive they were. They responded to my every communication immediately, they were thorough in explaining my security options, were very professional, and made sure we understood everything before we left. From my previous experience with ADT, I can attest that they are equally quick/responsive during an emergency, and have always made me feel at ease.

North South East & West Carpet
It went well. Very professional and knowledgeable. The team was kind and took the time to explain everything that needed to be done. They were affordable and provided various payment options. A plus was the recommendation to leave the home during the restoration process for health purposes. Awesome work!

    Vivint Inc
I have had monitored security systems for over 10 years in my resisdence.  With technology changes comes changes in security systems.  My system was 4 years old and did not have some of the newer technology...i.e. remote monitoring/access and smaller sensors.  With no salesman in the local area, I actually coordinated the install over the phone with someone in Utah.  Was a little concerned about working this thru a phone call without being able to touch the product but they were very knowledgable and I had researched their product online prior.  My scheduled install was only 4 days after my original call.  Even though Vivint doesn't have salesmen in the area, they do have technicians for installs and service located all over the state.   The technician showed on time and brought with him some of the additional items that I was interested in but didn't sign up for over the phone.  After seing the remote door lock and camera, I added them to the package.  The technician also recommended that I have an additional smoke/heat sensor since I have a 2 story and I agreed to that add as well.  This is my 4th system upgrade with 4 different companies and this is the 1st time that I have had to pay anything out of pocket for equipment.  Typically, most if not all equipment is free as it's slowly paid for in the monthly monitoring fee.  I will have to admit though, I have more equipment in the current install than in any of the previous so the modest cost was worth the additional equipment, upgrades and capability.  Even the door and window sensors make a big difference since they are over 1/2 the size of the sensors from my last install.  I am able to remotely monitor, arm, disarm, view, lock and unlock.  Really nice features and an increased piece of mind.  No more wondering if we forgot to set the alarm or lock the doors....we can check it wherever our smart phone has service. The technician was kind, friendly, knowlegable, prompt, clean, etc!  Great experience so far...hope the system holds up and only time will tell.

    SAWDUST PILE CUSTOM WOODWORKING
John was willing to make sure we were satisfied with the results of the work during and after. He went above and beyond to assure things were done correctly and not "shaggy". He come highly recommended by a lot of people wanting the best for their money. He is one of a kind as far as personality, mannerism and professionalism. The quality of work went above and beyond our expectations. We are extremely happy with the work he helped perform. He was my HERO and supported us when we needed him.

    Fitzgerald Group LLC
It was a very good experience. We had a leak in a sink and it flooded over in our bathroom, bedroom, dining room and hallway so we used them. They basically removed our old flooring and put in a new flooring down. This was the first time that we used them and their cleanup was very good.

    Complete Scene Intervention LLC
Mistake #1:  I turned my washing machine on and we left the house for about an hour. Upon our return my daughter opened the door  to sloshing water. We had no idea how long the water had been running but we were shocked by the amount, probably 1.5-2 inches deep at the back door. I ran to the machine, shut it off and unplugged it .  Water had spread through the laundry room, a hallway, part of a bath as well as half of the kitchen, all of which had vinyl flooring. Also affected was the opening between the kitchen and the family room which is carpeted.  While we got busy clearing out the water, which I also noticed was spilling into the floor vents, we called a plumber to fix the washer. Turns out the washing machine hose detached from the pump. As the plumber left he told me to be sure everything got dry or we would have a mildew problem. Mistake #2:  My husband suggested using the wet vac, I didn't even know we had one. I probably spent more than an hour slowly going over the area repeatedly to draw out all the water. The carpet still felt a little damp but I figured it would dry out by morning. Next morning the carpet was dry. Life as usual. That evening, my teen son came in and asked about an odor in the house. I had been home all day and hadn't noticed anything. The third day we awoke to a stench in the house.  I didn't know what to do so I started with baking soda and Febreze, nothing helped. I could smell the mildew coming from the carpeted area and I knew the wet vac didn't do the trick. Good move #1:  I found Complete Scene Intervention on a recommendation from Angie's List. I also liked knowing they were bonded, licensed, and insured, most listings were not. I called that morning and two technicians arrived within the hour as promised.  After examining (and smelling) the extent of the water damage I was given recommendations for the work that needed to be done, and a price for doing the job. As a do-it-yourself-er I told them what I would be doing on my own. The price was adjusted accordingly and agreed upon. They started work soon after   They explained the procedure every step of the way and were very considerate of the household. The machines were kept out of the main walking paths as much as possible. They left the air mover all day in an effort to be sure everything was dry. The water was removed from the floor vents and filters were removed from air returns. This was followed by pumping elements throughout our vent system which made the whole house smell so fresh it was fantastic. Everyone working with Complete Scene Intervention was pleasant to work with.  They were friendly, courteous and honest. When I asked questions they gave me good tips and sensible advice. I was more than pleased with the service and I will definitely use their services again. I have also recommended CSI to family and friends who have been very pleased.

    ADVANTAGE REALTY GROUP INC
I used Advantage to rent a home upon my arrival in the Sumter area.  Jennifer and Brenda have been extremely helpful in our getting settled in the area.  They answered all our questions, even those not related to the house, and have promptly responded to our inquiries.

    Servpro of Sumter
Our water heater burst causing the kitchen ceiling to collapse. They advised to replace the water heater, but the plumbing company we hired did a repair on the water heater. The previous plumbing company did not do the repair properly. ServPro had to repair the water heater and the entire ceiling. They also found asbestos that was caused by a improper leak repair by the previous plumbing company. ServPro was highly professional, their motto is true: "Like it never happened". The staff wasn't just professional they were also very friendly and compassionate. You will pay top dollar, they are not cheap, but they worth every dime. They got everything done right, you get what you pay for. They even put our decorations back up and even improved the way we orginally had them set up.
