    They service was absolutely horrific. They were visiting and when they got time and them finished business, and then they have time to do. There was only one nice lady. They didn't treat me and they billed me for 11 dollars; they were prompt and accurate with that.

    I am a member of Medic Alert, and no one contacted them.  They would have found out all my medical history, like the medications I take, and who to contact.  One of the administrators said she never had heard of Medic Alert.  In a hospital, I would think they definitely would know about Medic Alert.

    The experience is good. What standout is we guess is the familiarity; they know us when we come and they pretty much know the system and know our history. It's pretty much comforting. In terms of beside manner and communication we had to fire one of the doctors in the emergency room because I sit in the recovery room after surgery and he got his little attitude going and they fired him on the spot.

    Went to hospitol 6AM.. Don't know what time surgery was because I was asleep. Between my arrival and falling asleep everyone was pleasant and smiling but professional. When I woke up, I had to remain at the hospital a few hours. Everyone in Recovery was pleasant and did frequent checks on me.

    I had an infection come on suddenly and needed an appointment that day. The staff worked me in. I waited a long time in the lobby, but I expected that since I was a work-in. Once back in the room, Ms. Ferrigno saw me in a reasonable amount of time. She asked alot of questions about my general health and life and then moved on to the problem at hand. She was very professional and compassionate. I use this office often and, while I usually have to wait quite a while in the lobby (I think they work people in that need immediate attention, and also just generally are very busy), I really like the staff and Ms. Ferrigno. She's very friendly and cares about her patients.

    They are very conscientious about their work. They pay attention to the patient's needs. They ask a lot of questions so that they get a better understanding of what they need to do. They are very caring.

    When I was registering for this lab work the clerk asked that I pay my out of pocket share before the test, which I did by credit card. I will not do this in the future. First, I paid twice the amount since the clerk did not take into account the insurance discounts when calculating my cost. Second, it takes several weeks for the billing department to issue a refund. If you paid by credit card, they will charge the refund to the card instead of cutting a check. Had to call several times concerning the refund and was not told this would be debited back to my card. So, you are basically out of your money if you paid off the balance before you receive the refund, which I did. I don't use my credit card frequently, so it will take a while for me to use up the debit.

    The overall service was good at this facility and I will go back to have services performed, but will not pay in advance. Will wait until insurance pays and then pay balance due.
