I have been flipping houses for 26 years and have used many many contractors, and I have to say, Perez is one of the best. His unique ability and experience in almost all facets of home remodeling makes him very valuable. He is very meticulous about his work, he makes sure to get it just right. And after me having flipped over 280 houses, I have come to be very picky, but Perez met and exceeded my expectations. I can`t recommend him highly enough, I will definitely use him on my next flip. Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

It was very good. He came out looked at the job and gave us a quote. He helped us pick out the stone and gave us suppliers to chose from. He was on time.

    Lowe's of Camden
I wasn't real pleased with how they did the job.  As far as local contractors are concerned, that’s the problem because there’s nobody there to be recommended.  I liked my countertops but I did not like how they handled it because they did a misorder and landed up being delayed in putting the countertops.  I ordered the countertops with them and they contracted out with a contractor to do the work.  They came out to measure it and also installed it after the order came in.  We just went to the store and I saw some countertops that I liked because Lowe's usually is pretty good about everything they do.  We actually liked the guy that did the work, he was wonderful.  He came out, measured it but my problem was that my countertops were lower than normal because someone had put a new floor in on top of the old floor.  They installed it on top of the existing countertop which was great.  The problem was that there was a special order because one of my countertops was extremely long.  When Lowe's ordered it the manufacturer didn't understand or somebody made a mistake by not putting it as a special order.  When they got ready to put the counters in he said it was wrong and it was not the measurements that he gave while ordering it.  They called me back and wanted me to pay for the mistake.  I had to end up negotiating and paying for part of that mistake.  They were good about it but as far as we were concerned they should have been careful.

.The Granite Shop LLC installed new granite counter tops in my kitchen and I will say the work they did for me was satisfactory. They did have a repairman come back out to repair what was wrong and I was satisfied with that. I would not have them come back, not that their work was in anyway not satisfactory I was not pleased with their customer service.

    Florence Carpet and Tile
My granite was improperly cut so it did not fit. The installer informed me that there was nothing he could do but patch it because Florence Carpet and Tile does not cut the granite they sell. The installer pieced it together with pieces he cut from scraps and filled in other areas  with caulk. I told the installer that it would not work for me but he said that was all he could do. One location of caulk is near my oven and every time I bake in the oven, the caulk gets soft and drops down more from the gap. Also, the 4 inch edging was not sent with my granite so the installer cut it from scraps that were removed from where the  sink  would be placed. The edging is not polished and finished like the rest of the granite. I agreed upon purchase that the seam to the granite would be between my sink and a wall. The seam was put directly in the middle between my stove and sink and nowhere near the location we were told.  I did not notice all of these flaws until after the workers left because of all the dust and mess they left behind. All of the areas that were filled with caulk were covered with chips of granite and dust.   As I cleaned the area, I became more and more disturbed about the terrible workmanship. The backsplash had a travertine tile that was extremely holey and I asked that it be replaced but was denied during installation. I was informed that grout would fill the holes. At completion, the holes still are not filled. We have tried for 3 months now to have the countertop that was cut improperly replaced and to no avail. I have been given every possible excuse for them not to fix their mistakes. I have been told that my replacement granite is sitting in their store but I have doubts about that. They even scheduled a date in July to come and replace the granite but never showed. When I called, I was told that they had another job they had to go to. I would not suggest doing business with Florence Carpet and Tile because they do not stand behind their work.
