ARestore Tile & StonePete Quill is a young, energetic, competent and polite young man building a business in the tile and stone restoration business. To my knowledge he is a one-man operation. I am preparing to sell my house and had two badly stained tile shower stalls. I knew they were well beyond ordinary cleaning services. A professional was required. Pete quickly responded to my inquiry and came out to take a look. He agreed they were in bad shape, but promised to do the best he could. He was able to return to do the job a week later and worked tirelessly to get it done. It took one full day, (8:30am-6:30pm) to do the job. I am very pleased with his work. The shower stalls look almost like new! Professional cleaning in not cheap, but Pete charged me a fair price and did a great job. I can now strongly recommend him without reservation.- Thomas C.

AW J Construction IncThey did an excellent job. For a very good price, they did all the remodeling and everything, something that would've taken somebody else a year to do, probably. They worked through new year, snowstorms and they had it all done. They even helped me move out of the house so they could do the work and move back into the house. They even put furniture together for me so that I could be moved back in and everything ready by February. I've actually recommended them to my best friend who wanted her kitchen completely redone. He was more than happy to redo it out of my budget and readjust. They did a fabulous job.- Leslie P.

APalmetto TileTwo years ago we remodeled our master bathroom. The bath tub was removed and a tiled shower was installed. The contractor used an inexperienced tile installer and we have had drain problems from the beginning. The contractor's attempt to fix the problem was unsuccesful. Now we are looking for a way to repair the shower floor so it will drain properly. Because we bought tile for the original job from Palmetto Tile, we went back to Palmetto for suggestions for a new shower floor and possible referrals to have the work done. We are waiting to get estimates at this time. Suggestion: make an appointment before you go to Palmetto. We were just fortunate that Gloria was not with another customer and could help us.- Harold T.

AC & A CARPETThey came out and went over all of the options, we were going to go with a different product, but they informed us that with our dogs, it might not have been the best choice. Installation went smoothly, completely happy with the product. This was our second time using them. ADiscount RenovationsHe removed a section of the hardwood laminate area and saw that the sub floor and floor joists were completely wet and rotted, falling apart. What was to be a simple replacement was now a larger job to remove the hardwood laminate in both my dining room and kitchen area and replaced the wood, replaced the subfloor, and floor joists, re-installed the hardwood laminate as well as to remove and iintall new kitchen tiles at my request. This work was done in a clean quick and professional manner. Perez and his crew member J.R were knowlegable of the accessment, the work needed to be performed as well and to repair it in a timely fashion.The tiles look beautiful, the laminate flooring feels strong and I am no longer afraid to walk on it. the culprit of my damage was from the water hose from my ice maker that was leaking under the floor at my surprise because the floor was never wet. It eventually cracked my kitchen tiles and my laminate sank uopn walking on it.Very scary. I chose Perez because of his high ratings on Angies list and am very grateful that he supercedes his reviews. His cost included labor, materials.- Mary Anne S.

AWe have 2 small rooms that are a challenge for us to decorate. My husband is disabled & we require space for his motorized wheelchair, which further limits what we can do. Bryan, the owner, & Dorothy, our designer, listened to our requests & designed 2 beautiful rooms that maximize the limited space. Once we approved the design & furniture, they immediately provided a list of carpenters so we could get started on some built-in cabinetry. We were also provided with a list of all the furnishings & websites so we can purchase what we can afford. We had never used a design team before & I didn't know what to expect, but I'm so happy we did! Now we have a direction & vision of what we can do to truly utilize those rooms. We also have control over the budget & can do what we can afford as time goes on. Bryan & Dorothy were absolutely wonderful to work with & I would definitely use them again!!
