AAwesome, Dr. Sarah Scott was very professional and even waited to make sure our pig was ok before leaving. We will definitely be using Dr. Scott and recommending this office again. Cost was reasonable, actually less than I expected and included medication.

AWe cannot say enough great things about this place, as I would not just leave my four legged babies anywhere. The facility is clean, secure with cameras, etc. , professionally staffed, great and secure fenced in areas. On top of making sure veterinarian records were updated. Medicine given daily. Megan is awesome and really cares and remembers all our babies. We have used them for years and will in the next month. Grooming is great too.

FI picked up my little 6 pound Shih Tzu after her grooming appt. In the car, she curled up on the seat vs. being happy to see me. I could tell something was wrong. When we got home, she couldn't walk. From her waist down, she seem paralyzed. Her head was hard cocked to the left. Her body seem bent in half sideways to the left. Her left ear was bent weird upward compared to her right. Her tail, instead of curling up on her back was curling horizontally to the left side. Very unnatural looking. I immediately took her to the emergency hospital. $1000 later, they explained she was clearly damaged. It would cost $2500 to do an MRI to confirm she may have been dropped. I couldn't afford it. They said she could have been dropped, they could have also gone in her ears and caused damage to her balance. WIthout the tests they couldn't be sure. They gave me meds and said to give her some time to see how she does. Even with the MRI there would be little they could do. Now a week later, she can walk, but her entire body tilts to the left. Her ear is still cocked and her personality has changed. SHe has no patience and she tries to attack you if you touch her hips. She doesn't want to be touched at all. So, I keep hoping she will continue to improve. I spoke with a regional manager at PetSmart who said to send the vet report. I never heard back from them. Now I will have to sue them. Gees. I then went online and research PetSmart problems and there are many people with similar stories. Just Google it and you'll see. THis sweet little girl has never had a sick day in her life. I bred her and was there when she was born. Her mother was a Champion Shih Tzu.

AI have a regular groomer, ABC Groomer, and I'm real satisfied with her. Their cost is very reasonable. I've been a long time customer. Their prices are great, comparatively. I had one Cocker Spaniel for 13 years and now I'm on my second one, who is two years old, so I've been using them 15 years. Obviously I'm happy.

ACanine Country clipped my two Great Pyrenees down to a Summer coat and I was very pleased..However, I was even more impressed with the their handling of my rescue dog, an Anatolia n/Pyr cross who was very frightened..The groomer clipped her on the floor rather than the table because the dog was too upset to be placed on a grooming table..We were allowed to stay with her the entire time..How many shops would do that?

DIt was appalling. My 75 pound dog was given a tiny little kennel that was indoor only. I was told *as I was dropping him off and on my way to the airport* that they don't like to leave the dogs beds in those kennels because THERE'S NO ONE THERE FROM 6PM UNTIL 7 AM(!!!). So the dogs in the indoor kennels, which are too small for them, have no place to relieve themselves for 13 hours. No surprise, I guess, that when i picked up my dog, he smelled like pee.
Also, I had brought his food for him -- 2 cans and 8 cups for four days. When I picked him up, they return one full can to me and about 5 cups of his dry food. I have no idea what or if he ate when he was there.
On the up side, when I called to check on him during my trip, they were very responsive and said he was doing fine. Nonetheless, I will never board my dog there again. The "luxury suites" at $75+ per night may be a different story, but if you're looking for a place you can feel comfortable to take good care of your pet, keep looking. This place was a horror show.

AThis is Sweet Pea's second visit to the Posh Pets day spa! She's loves the total salon experience with Ila, the owner. I had used a groomer in the Forest Acres area for many years and was somewhat satisfied until the last appointment when they "scalped" my dog. She was a total disaster and I wondered if they had a new groomer in training. Sweet Pea was embarrassed to leave the house for a month! So, I was delighted to see Posh Pets opening a new store near Richland Mall this summer and decided to give them a try. It is, by far, the best and most professional grooming I've ever seen. Sweet Pea is the envy of all the Jacks in the neighborhood. And, it's a big plus that Ila and staff love and pamper my little girl and the salon is extra clean and smells wonderful, too. BTW... there are two other salons, one on Sunset Blvd., Lexington and Sparkleberry Lane, Ext., NE Columbia.

ABARNWELL OAKS KENNELSShe is wonderful. My dog is 10 years old. She is so gentle with him. She calls him Elvis cause when she gets around his mouth he does that lip curl thing. She does a great job. I would recommend her highly. The price is good. I wash and dry him I couldn't imaging having to clip him as well. He is so spoiled he would bite me. He lets her do it, but she knows what she is doing. He growled once when she was at her daughter's home. He does so much better in a professional looking place. It is a hard job. I can take him to her and have him back in 2-2.5 hours. She used to take him outside and let him walk around until I got there and then she would meet me at my car. They are very professional, and friendly. They do their job. They treat the animals with respect which is important to me.- Audrey H.
