    I do not put a lot of miles on the Lexus. They are good. Let me put it this way. I am pretty particular about anyone touching, breathing, stepping, sitting, looking at my car. They did not do any of those things. As a matter of fact, they even know better than to leave it in the lane. They usually take it from the lane and take it right out. I am a little psycho about it. They handle me pretty well. No matter which dealership we go around here, Toyota charges the same. They are always really good.

    We purchased a new car from Morris Nissan. While we are pleased with the car, the buying and financing process was a nightmare. We were provided inaccurate information on several accounts that cost us time and money. In addition, the Nissan Financing Corporation has harrassed us with phone calls and letters regarding a balance that is not owed. If we ever decide to buy another Nissan it will not be from this dealership.

    I took a newly-acquired but used vehicle in for some routine service work and discovered that some serious additional work needed to be done: primarily ball joints and rear axle seals. The work was performed in a timely manner and the quality of the work appears to be excellent. It was not convenient to take the time to shop around for the work elsewhere, especially since the car was already in the facility for other work. But afterwards I found that I could have saved a notable amount of money at some independent facilities, but this is not at all unusual when comparing dealership prices to independent garage prices. In spite of that, I was very satisfied with the work and felt very confident that I was dealt with in an honest fashion. I was able to talk personally with the technician who performed the work and was very confident in his diligence and attention to detail. While I could have had the work performed more economically elsewhere, I left with peace of mind and the Ford dealer-backed warranty on the work performed. And Ravenel also participates in the Ford Owners' Rewards program which provides a 5% credit to be applied to future work. That definitely helps to offset some of the additional cost one incurs at a dealership as opposed to an independent facility. I have since visited them again for service work and would confidently do so again, but I am always diligent to strike a balance between the complexity of the work and the potential savings at other facilities.

    I called in the late morning and asked if the work could be scheduled . The service advisor told me it could be done immediately. I drove to the dealership, which took about an hour.
    My Great Dane and I were greeted cordially and introduced to virtually all of the dealer service personnel. Coco met seven dogs and more than a dozen people, which pleased her beyond measure. Many of the people furnished treats.
    The service work was done promptly and efficiently. Prices were fair.
    I am extremely satisfied with the dealer.
