    Bluff Run Kennels
My dog is usually very timid and shy when he first meets strangers. This did not happen when I took him to Bluff Run. He was immediately responsive to the owners, which tells me he immediately felt comfortable and safe with them. When I picked him up, they gave me complete info on what they did and how good he was. He seemed quite content there. The owners are very friendly and sincere. I'll be back

    Cornerstone Veterinary Care
I was impressed with the caring of one of her staff members. The woman was extremely helpful and interested in my little kitten and also said I could call and ask her questions any time. She was not the vet, but one of the assistants. The other staff members and the vet were also very professional. I felt well attended and did not have to wait a long time. The other clients seemed nice and the waiting room and whole building is set up to be comfortable and clean. It was a terrible situation for me because I had to agree to euthanize the kitty, but I think they were very honest and straight forward about it. I would go here again if my regular vet were not available. My regular vet is a little more charming and warm, but is just as competent and honest as the vet here. I will probably stay with my regular vet only because she also looks after dogs and other animals as well and the Cat Clinic, well is only for cats. :) But this is definitely a great place to bring cats and I am impressed that they look after foster kitties and are interested in animal welfare, not just profit. They did not charge me for the vet visit the first time and I was really grateful and thankful for this. Despite the fact that I could not do anything to save kitty, I am grateful to the Cat Clinic. I would recommend them to anyone who only has cats.

    Cheatham Animal Clinic
I think his procedures cost a minimum of $400 and this was really expensive for us. He had to go twice to the doctor and stay overnight and be anesthetized. He is an older cat so it was really stressful for him. I was not happy with the price and it seemed like they chose to do the most expensive procedures and keep him overnight when he could have come home earlier to avoid the overnight fee and the stress of being away from home. I would rather not return to Cheatham, but he is a competent vet, and kitty got better... but the price just was too much for us and I had the suspicion that he could have done cheaper things and had the same results. Of course, I am not a vet, but I just left feeling a bit cheated. However, they did allow me to pay over two months which is really decent. I didn't have to use my credit card and rack up interest charges, so this was a really decent thing to do. Likewise, he is a good vet... just I prefer mine.

    Rosewood Drive Animal Clinic
Dr. Weber is my regular vet. I have only had positive experiences with her. She is really charming and warm and genuinely interested in animal welfare. She has never overcharged me and has always been upfront about how much services will cost. She understands that we don't have a lot of money but want what is best for our animals. I really like this about her and her workers. Her staff is very competent and one in particular has been very helpful. She has offered her advice and I have been very appreciative of it. The only drawback is that they are not always open on holidays and once I had to go to another vet. This was not a good experience, so I wish they worked holidays, but I understand that everyone needs to have a life. Rosewood Dr. also works with shelter animals and this impresses me. The office is not fancy like some other clinics in the columbia area, but I am really happy with her office and will continue to go there.

    AMBASSADOR ANIMAL HOSPITAL
Well, as I said above, the experience was not stressful and they looked after the kitty well. It is close to my job and I would use this vet as a back up to my regular vet in emergency. However, they are more expensive than my regular vet and I dont think they are necessarily any better qualified. It is just a much fancier office than my regular vet.

    ANIMALS 'R US
It was a excellent experience. She was on time for our meeting to go over what needed to be done. She took notes while we were talking. Michelle always responded to e-mails I sent her with questions. When we returned home all of our pets kind of looked at us like "Oh, you two are back." My husband and I had these visions of dogs and cats jumping up and down with joy to see us again. Shows you what a good job Michelle did while we were away. I will definitely use her again. It is so calming to know your "babies" are being taken care of. Bottom line she told me what she would do, told me what it would cost and then she did it. Doesn't sound like that should be a big deal but in this day in age it is. And she does it with a smile.
