    Foothills Plumbing & Construction
EXCELLENT!!! Every interaction we had with Hunter was professional but caring, his attention to detail impeccable, and on top of all of that he was honest. It is rare to find someone in construction who makes you feel they are looking out for you but Hunter did just that! On our third day without hot water and too many discussions with plumbers I found Foothills Plumbing on Angie's List, the reviews were excellent, so I called. I was sent to voice mail but before I could leave a message Hunter was on the other line. I told him about my water heater coming apart at the seams and that we had been without hot water for several days and he assured me he could have it fixed within a day! I sent him pictures and he gave me an estimate on replacement which was reasonable for the job ( unlike some of the other bids I had received). We set a time for him to come by the next day and give me an in person bid. He arrived on time and brought a crew. He gave us two options- one to replace the tank with like kind and better quality and two to upgrade to tankless. He was honest that the tankless would be more but explained the differences. He was never pushy only informative. He was also patient as I had to have him repeat all of the information to my husband as well. We did end up upgrading but the cost was less than several other plumbers had quoted us for same kind and quality! Hunter and his team retrofitted our room to accommodate the new heater, found existing exhaust pipes that were unattached and reworked them, installed the hot water heater, and cleaned up all of the mess they had created on that same day! They worked well into the evening to make right on their promise of a hot shower that evening!!! We are so pleased with our new energy efficient system and greatful for Foothills Plumbing that we are already making a list of other, not so immediate :), jobs that we can hire them for. I am making flyers to send out to all of my neighbors! Honest, professional, caring, reasonably priced, quality, and excellent workmanship- Foothills Plumbing! [*** Link removed ***]

    C & M Contracting
We recently used C&M Contractors to remodel the builder-grade shower in our master bathroom. Right away, we were impressed by the level of detail outlined in the itemized estimate. The remodel took the demolition of the shower down to the studs, expanded the size, and put it all back together again with new backer board, membrane, tile, and frameless glass shower door. We were very pleased that the project stayed on schedule and within our budget. Each day, we were informed of what work would be done and what to expect the following day. The new shower looks incredible, and is so much more functional than before. All the work performed throughout the remodel is of the highest standard and we enjoyed working with Charlie and Michael. They take genuine pride in the quality of the work they're doing and it shows. We will definitely be calling them in the future for any other renovation needs we may have.

He's so good at his work. He's a very honest Christian man. He can build anything. People who have come to my house have seen the deck and got him to rebuild their front porch. Everybody who's received his service has been happy. He gets the job done. He's a fine young man. You won't find anyone more honest than him. He's my best friend.

Remodeling Concepts by JW Thomas Builders LLC
Working with Jennifer at JW Thomas was a great experience. From the initial estimate to the final product, the communication was clear and frequent, and very professional. The time frame quoted was exactly what it took, and Jennifer was very helpful in helping me get everything together and laying out exactly what to expect. The crew left my house cleaner at the end of each day than I had it before they started and were very careful to keep the 'chaos' to the relevant area. The project was a little over my original budget, but looking at how great the bathroom turned out it was worth it. They will be my first call for any future products and I can recommend them with no hesitation.

    Bradley Construction LLC
Bradley Construction exceeded my expectations with a gorgeous sunroom addition a couple of years ago so when my list of odd jobs around my home began to grow I gave them a call honestly expecting my job to be too small. Mr. Bradley was more than gracious and had my list, including hanging a beautiful new window box completed in no time. As a single female I have piece of mind knowing that no matter how big or small the job, I can rely on Bradley Construction.

Paul Davis Restoration & Remodeling of the Upstate
The company owner was very detailed when I interviewed to hire him for the project. Once the project got started it was downhill from there. I was never informed when someone was supposed to show or what time they would show. There would be days nobody would show at all. The entire team of people they had working for them had no idea what the others were doing. A "custom" towel cabinet was to be built and the poor fellow, they considered a woodworker, had no clue what he was doing more than I did. I could've looked up on youtube and built it better myself. The last week of the remodel was like a Hail Mary of sorts to hurry and get the job finished up at all cost. This of course left the bathroom looking like a rush job. In the end the mess of the job was left and I cleaned for 2 days. No call to say they were coming back or thanks for your business or nothing.

    Bradley Construction LLC

What was promised to be a 5-7 business day project dragged on for nearly four months before we finally decided to terminate Bradley Construction from the project. Actual work started on September 30, 2016. Workmanship ranged from OK to unacceptable. Communication was almost nonexistent. Bradley Construction personnel rarely responded to e-mails, phone messages or text messages. Getting a reliable work schedule was impossible. We never knew if or when workers were going to show up. After the original counter tops in the kitchen were removed, it was 17 days before the kitchen was again functional. The granite top on the sink side had chips on the back edge that required a four-inch granite back splash to cover the chipped area. That meant all areas of the kitchen had to have the four-inch back splash added to match. This was not in the original plan nor was it desirable. The slot in the granite for the stove had to modified requiring the granite personnel to return and fix it. This resulted in abrasive granite dust being scattered throughout the kitchen and breakfast area. The kitchen was returned to functionality on November 2, 2016. On November 7, a Bradley Construction worker was provided instructions on finishing the counter supports along with a list of unfinished tasks. We were asked on Friday, November 11, if the house would be available Saturday the next day and we responded yes. A call Saturday morning reported that the worker was sick and would not be coming. There no communication with Bradley until Sunday, November 27, when we again texted the project manager for a completion schedule. He responded via text message stating that workers would be here Monday November 28th and stay until the project was complete. No one showed up on the 28th. One worker showed up on the 29th and completed some of the items on the task list and reported that what he did was all he was assigned to do. We again texted the project manager on Thursday, December 2 and asked for a completion schedule. No one from Bradley Construction ever responded. That was the last communication with Bradley Construction until we decided on January 16 via certified letter to terminate Bradley Construction from the project. For brevity sake, this write up does not include many other problems encountered with Bradley Construction.

We are now in search of a reputable construction company willing to salvage the project from where it is or rip the whole thing out and start over.

He was always available if we had any questions or concerns. Always called with updates and to see if we had any questions. I have recommended Bradley Construction, LLC to several of my friends and neighbors. We will definitely use them for any future projects.

Still in progress. Just wanted to say how pleased we are with Bradley Construction. My husband and I have been looking for a contractor to remodel our master bathroom for years. Not being from South Carolina, we really had no experience with any contractors. I went on Angie's List and saw great reviews for Bradley Construction and thought I would give them a call. I called the office on a Friday and had an appointment for an estimate on the next Monday. Vaughn came for the appointment and went over everything we wanted to have done. He answered all questions and was very helpful. I received my estimate within a day or two. We had a couple of phone conversations and made a couple of changes to the estimate, signed it and about three days later work began! Vaughn came with Javier and Mario and demolition began. I can't say enough good things about these three gentlemen. If I ever have any questions, they are always very nice and always explain the whole process without acting bothered. Things are moving along very quickly. The estimate was for about four to six weeks. It's been two weeks and one day and the job may be done in a week. Couldn't be more pleased! Will write another review when the job is completed. Can't wait!

    C & M Contracting
We could not be happier with C&M's work and our new bathroom. Charlie and Michael are true professionals. Their work and craftsmanship were meticulous, as was their customer service. They went to great lengths to protect carpets and floors and to contain dust. They left our home clean and free of construction clutter daily. If/when we are in need of more home renovations, we would not bother considering or contacting any other contractor.
