    it went bad at first . some of the repair men didnt do a good job and it took about three weeks to get it right but in the end the owner made it right and is now taking steps to improve i will hire them again

    He had to disassemble entire LG dryer to get to it. Part had to be ordered and he returned promptly once part was in. He did an excellent job rebuilding the dryer. Left work area very clean and price was reasonable for two trips and ordered parts. I would Highly recommend Appliance Medic.

    Showed up in a timely fashion. Asked for information about operation. Proceeded with diagnosis. Result - Best Guess - Transmission Failure Would have been better to have known up front, over the phone, when asking for the appointment, the amount charged for the trip regardless of whether the appliance could be repaired or not. Information is vital to customer decisions. In this case I would have rather have spent the money toward the purchase of a new appliance versus an evaluation which I have to take at face value.

    The serviceman responded promptly to my call. After hearing my complaint he allowed as how something else might be causing the ice-maker not to work. He was right. Rather than just replacing the ice-maker he gave the coils a thorough cleaning and checked the compressor. The coils were so clogged with dust and lint that air could not circulate. We are now in the wait mode to see if that works. If not he will return with no additional service call charge to further pursue the problem. He was very professional, courteous, and helpful during his time here. 2 days later: He has returned twice more. We have explored several options and he has been very helpful in letting us know what those options are and what the bottom line is going to be. He wants us to be satisfied and not to line his pocket. Currently, he has taken the old ice-maker out, examined it, and conditionally put it back in. It is performing well.

    This was our second purchase from Jeff Lynch, the previous one being a dishwasher. I went to the same salesman, Bob Lee, this time because he was so helpful the first time. Same this time. Bob even lined up a cabinet-maker to come and enlarge the alcove for the refrigerator, which as a little too short for the new unit. The delivery/installation guys were competent and courteous. They had to bring the new unit down a long and steep driveway, and take the old one up -- a real chore. I'm giving them a straight-A score even though you can always argue about price and quality when buying major appliances. I have no complaints about Jeff Lynch, salesman Bob Lee or the delivery guys.

    He was there exactly when he said he would be. Diagnosed what he thought was my problem in about two minutes. Ran extra diagnostics to be sure it wasn't something else. It didn't need parts or further service, but he corrected the problem and showed me what he did to correct it and thoroughly explained why it could have happened. He also told me if I had to call him back within 30 days for the same issue, there would not be an additional charge for the service call, just for any needed repair. I'm glad they're a small locally owned family company and they've been around for a long time, which says a lot about how they do business. I would check out their website because they offer a number of services that most repair companies don't handle. Since I have just made a request for a service call on my gas range/oven, I'm glad that I have someone dependable to contact who will be there as soon as their schedule permits.

    The 14 year old washing machine would not spin the water out so I called White's and a repairman was sent out. He quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced the lid switch and the washer worked. However, the following day I had the same problem, called White's and they sent the same man back who replaced the switch again, at no cost to me and it has worked well ever since.The repairman was prompt, called just before coming and quickly found the reason the washer would not spin and drain.

    The young man that showed up was punctual and very professional. He found the problem with the refrigeration and at the same time diagnosed the issue with the ice maker. His quote to fix everything (ice maker AND refrigeration unit) was $311. Everything was working within an hour and a half.
    Really good guy. Outstanding service, would use them again.

    The dishwasher repair was fairly straight forward, a new wash motor was needed. Pricing was very reasonable and repair was done quickly.
    The high marks come from their ability to repair the control board from my 8 year old Kenmore side-by-side. We had previously identified the board as being our likely issue (through internet research) and had also found out that the board had been discontinued by ALL vendors. All functions of the fridge worked except the cooling fan on the motor underneath.
    In speaking with Sears' their ONLY solution was to have a technician remove the board and send it off for repair. Not a very good solution when there is not a secondary fridge available! They estimated a 2-4 week turn-around on the board repair and scheduling the technician for a minimum of 2 visits.
    By searching Angie's List I found SIMS' had an on-site repair technician and upon the SIMS service technician confirming our belief, they worked out a time that they could come early in the morning and remove the board and bring it to the shop for repair and they were able to re-install it later the same day.
    I can't thank SIMS enough for not just being another plug-and-play repair service. They knew how to actually diagnose and repair the problem instead of simply throwing a pile of new parts at it and hoping it worked afterwards.

    CALLED THIS A.M....CAME THIS P.M. AROUND 4;30 (WHICH THEY SAID IT WOULD BE BETWEEN 4 AND 5)....WORKED QUICKLY...KNEW WHAT HE WAS DOING...CLEANED UP AND WAS OUT OF HERE. ICE MAKER IS WORKING GREAT.
