    The job was completed satisfactory. Installing the ducts did cause 2 ceiling vents to move and a small amount of ceiling plaster to fall. I cleaned up in 5-10 minutes. Did tell the job coordinator about it. He apologized for the lack of an inspection in the bedrooms for debris. He said he would inform the crew of their mistake.

    I am so impressed by the service I received from D&L INC. My air conditioner hasn't worked in 2 years and I was sure I needed a whole new system and just could not afford it. With the horrible heat this season I decided to bite the bullet and call someone out for an estimate. I expected to wait for weeks before anyone would be able to come. I checked Angie's listings and reviews. So many people choose D & L. Much to my surprise, they said they would be able to come out the same day. He gave me a very reasonable price which I found out later after talking to friends was a great deal! He also checked my ducts because I knew we had some critter problems last year and there was a lot of torn up insulation. D&L said there were a few spots which would attention, however, there were no leaks and the repairs could wait until fall. I can't praise D&L enough for his honesty and pleasant demeanor. Truly a very nice team. I will be call D&L back in the fall to take care of the ducting work. I highly recommend D&L. D&L thank you so much. I am now able to get other needed house repairs done and sleep in a nice cool home.

    they did a good job. They hired out a contractor the do the work. They installed the unit with no problem but could not get the unit to operate with the new thermostat. MKA sent one of their technicians over to finish the job. MKA employees installed the duct work and a new return for the new unit. They did a very good job. I was very pleased with the price on the new gas pack unit and replacement of the duct work.

    Marshall's Heating & Air
    I called Marshall's Heating and Air at 8 this morning, and he asked a few questions, made a tentative diagnosis (which turned out to be correct), said he had a customer in front of me, and that he would be at my house in about an hour. Right at nine, he showed up, ran through a few things, and replaced the capacitor. We sat around for five minutes while the thermostat rebooted, and there you go--problem solved. It's worth noting, too, that this was a Saturday service call, and there was no "after-hours" charge, which one place I called said was standard ($120 just to fire up the truck). I'm very glad I called Marshall's Heating and Air this morning. We'll certainly call him again for any future HVAC issues.

    I have used JRI for a number of years for any repairs and yearly inspection of heating and cooling unit. Both upstairs and downstairs units have been replaced by JRI and I've had no problems. They're technicians are professional and do quality work. If you have any questions or concerns they are quick to reply. I strongly suggest using Johnson's Refrigeration Inc. for a professional job beginning to end!

    I've used Johnson for several years and have never been disappointed in their work.  The upstairs unit in addition to the downstairs unit was purchased and installed by JRI. Their technicians are professionals and perform quality work. If there are any problems or concerns JRI are quick to respond. I strongly suggest Johnson Refrigeration Inc., for any heating and cooling issues.

    The service technician, Mr  Hill, was excellent. He called before coming and arrived in the timeframe stated. He replaced the bad blower motor with a generic motor, which also promptly blew. He stated that it was probably bad out of the box. After explaining the difference in price between the generic and manufacturer's motor, he went to get another generic motor. This motor worked without problem. He apologized multiple times for the delay in getting the second motor. He answered all questions and explained the guarantee.

    Mr. Marshall came to my house before when my old unit was making weird noises.  He looked at the unit but couldn't find anything wrong with it at the time.  He didn't charge me for that visit.  A couple of months later our unit was making a god awful noise different from the first noise.  He came back again and turns out the fan was hitting a wire.  He didn't charge for that visit either.  During that visit he also recommended we think about replacing our old unit - not in a salesman way - but in a, "hey this unit was installed in 1986 and it is eating energy and is probably going to fail sooner than later" kind of way.  We went ahead and decided to get a new one from him.  He sells Goodman brand.  I called and he told me the price and everything he would do and that's what happened.  The installation took over half a day and we were very satisfied with the work and the new unit.  He also stands by his work, so if something were to happen I can call him anytime.

    The company was outstanding. The owner(Doug) did the appraisal. I had already had 3 appraisals done and had 1 more scheduled but cancelled it. He gave me some sound advice on what unit to get and why. I will get a rebate from my energy company of $190 and a tax write off of $300 dollars from the federal government for the unit. I signed an agreement with him and we setup a date for installation. His workcrew was on time and did a wonderful job. They were friendly, courteous, and professional. They answered all my questions, explained things they were doing and why, and worked without stopping until the job was completed. They did an excellent cleanup and hauled off all the old duct work and the unit.

    I couldn't get the air going into my son's room. It was on the far side of the house. I called them up, and they said that it was because of the way the ducts were put in. That was why he wasn't getting air down there.
