  We loved corresponding with the owner and his son. He gave us the best price for the gutters and was punctual when it came time to put them in. He has offered us 5% on any referral we can get. This company by far wide is the best ever we have dealt with since moving to SC.

  The two employees Rob and Alicia called and told me they were on their way. It was earlier than scheduled which was okay with me. The sooner the better. They started work right away and did a good job overall. However, my complaint is over the fact that when they rolled the hoses up back into their holders, they must have rushed it because they were tangled up terribly. My front hose was tangled up so bad I had to cut it up in pieces to get it out. The front hose is in an enclosed unit. I purchased a new hose to replace it. I should have kept the $10 tip and used it towards the new hose.

  I reached out to Jason late on a Saturday evening, and he responded immediately to let me know he would be out to check out the problem on my roof on Sunday morning. Sure enough, he came out and gave it a look, letting me know he would be back on the first sunny day to complete the job. He gave me several different options, and helped me decide what would be the best course of action, as well as supplied me with different options for when I decide to have the roof redone. 10/10 quality service, would absolutely recommend Jason for the job.

   Everything was great. John was very responsive and genuinely wanted to do everything right and make sure we were happy. We have an old house and had to have plenty of decking replaced. There have been many long rainy days since and no problems at all. I felt like they go above and beyond what others do. The 15 year warrant including labor is what made me go with them. I would use them again and suggest them to people looking for a good roofer

  It went well. I called for an estimate and they responded right away. Jim Hoctor was friendly, thorough and professional. He presented that he was a person with a lot of experience in the field. I had several questions which he gladly answered. He listened to what I wanted and did not pressure me. I contacted two other companies that lacked the professionalism that Jim showed. After signing the contract, he kept me abreast of everything that I needed to know. He responded promptly to emails and phone calls. The roofs look great! I would definitely hire them again!

  I can not say enough about this particular roofer. Customer service is through the roof, PUN intended. When I say above and beyond. They performed a superb service. The roof was tarped due to an impending storm. When the storm passed they replaced the roof and anything that was under par they replaced. I could not have asked for a better experience.

  Above the Rest Roofing

  I was just delighted with the work performed for me. Nothing in my house is square, level or plumb, so any house projects are a challenge. The employees came up with some very creative ways to solve several major problems, and the final product is just lovely. Neighbors have complimented my roof and I couldn't be more pleased. The employees were nice folks and I trusted them. They answered all my questions and were most willing to tell me step-by-step what they were doing and why. I'd recommend them to anyone, and I'd hire them again in a heart beat. I got their name from a friend and neighbor who is also very happy with their work. I'm glad I found them!!

  LETTRICK CONSTRUCTION

  The job went very well. Mr. Lettrick and his crew arrived on time, spent about 4 hours working and cleaned up completely before they left. They replaced a main rafter the tree crushed, removed and replaced broken plywood, and put down felt and shingles. They were careful to close both yard gates as they left. Considering how small a job this was when so much of Horry County was either damaged or flooded, we were very happy to have it done with such dispatch and professionalism. There is still some inside repair to complete, but we can do that safely now.

  Mr. Todd came out the same day my husband called.  My husband didn't even need a second opinion. He said the price was right and Mr. Todd was the kind of person he likes doing business with. There was a small wait to have the job done, but on the day in question they were done in about four hours. All workmanship was good, as agreed, they cleaned up properly, and they used a level instead of eyeballing the drainage. Mr. Todd supervised his all in the family crew. It's rained since, and all is well. It was a pleasure doing business with Rainman.

  Myrtle Beach Gutter Techs

  They called and said they would be at the house in 30 minutes. which would have made it 10 am. I didn't even know they were coming because I had not set up an appointment with the company yet, but I was home anyway so it was fine. The two young men who did the job were Andy and Jason. They were very  polite and professional. Andy had suggested putting gutter guards on to help keep the gutters clear of debris. He showed me the new kind that they are now using and I was impressed. They were smoother than the old type that were on the gutters previously. I had those removed last year.  I will use their services again.
