  They were very good at explaining to us what needed to be done and why. Showed us the pieces that had to be replaced ( it was pretty much solid). They were quick and very professional. And when they were done the clean up looked like nobody had been in there. We were so pleased with their work we told them about some other projects we want done by them. They also looked at a faucet in the kitchen that didn't seem to have the right pressure. They looked at it rinsed it out and its perfect.   Dave and Andy gave me an incredibly reasonable written proposal for work needed immediately and also, at my request, advised on longer-term plumbing projects that may/may not be needed and estimated for same for my older home.   Emergency Plumbing & Drain Cleaning

  The main part of the job on 9/1 thru 9/16, went fine - they are good at what they do - it is the "aftermath" - their lack response to the final cleanup - which was part of our agreement, and for which I paid - that has me mystified. After several promises from the owner that they "would be back" on certain days and times - and then no-shows and no-calls - I have given up hope they anyone will return to fix the unsightly mess that the owner promised he would take care of. The trench that they had to dig and jackhammer from beyond the front sidewalk and side of the porch and into my foyer to take up the corroded and broken old iron pipes and replace them with new PVC and a new cleanout in front of the house was completed very professionally. The foyer was "made whole" with new flooring, as promised. They filled in the hole in the sidewalk with cement on 9/17 and said they would be back after it dried and "cured in 2 weeks", to smooth it out and then put muriatic acid on the entire sidewalk to blend in the patched area. They were also going to fill in the deep and dangerous hole around the cleanout at that time. The owner has promised me that either he or someone would be here on 3 different occasions since then and no one has shown up and no one has called me to say they wouldn't be here. I have called several times and get a message that someone will call back in 5 minutes - no one calls me back. I have texted with the owner - whose last promise was to be here yesterday (Saturday, 10/26) "around lunchtime." No one showed up and no one called. I still have heard nothing. I have paid for the entire job, which included the work I just described. I am a senior citizen and I am unable to do this work myself and cannot afford to hire another company to do this work, so I am stuck with an unsightly walkway to my home and a dangerous hole in front of the sidewalk.
  
  
  
  This company does excellent work, but the lack of follow-up and the lies I have been told and ignoring a client is totally unprofessional. I had actually recommended them to a neighbor, but I have now withdrawn that recommendation and will tell anyone who asks for a recommendation NOT to call this company. They are not reliable after they get your final payment. I guess I was too trusting.

  I bought a $200 coupon for $111 worth of services from 9-1-1 Plumbing off of Angie's List.  9-1-1 promptly contacted me and set up the appointment.  The plumber arrived on time and made all the repairs.  He was personable and professional.  I recommend this company and will use them again when necessary.

  Shane always answers his phone or returns my call promptly! He had always been on time and has been flexible with me on rescheduling when I had my times mixed up. Today I go to school to pick up my child and I had forgotten a scheduled after school club. He was very polite with my needs to schedule later.

  I had water backup in all sinks, tubs, and toilets. I called Pipe Doctors, and they were at my house in less than 1/2 hour from the time I called. They checked all the rooms, and then under the house. It was determined that there was not enough strapping to hold the pipes in the proper position. They went into the crawlspace, properly placed the pipes,and put new strapping on. They also found two pinholes in the 1/2and quot; line to the ice maker on the refrigerator. My pipes are clear and free of blockage, and my water bill should go way down! Pipe Doctors were prompt, courteous, and really did a great job for a really reasonable price. I would not hesitate to call them again for any plumbing need! I would certainly recommend them to anyone for any plumbing need!

  We have no problem recommending him. We are moving and we will probably have him come and do some plumbing installation and so forth for us. He told us to pay him whatever we thought was fair so we paid his service charge because he was here about 45 minutes. We called him on a Friday and he called later than afternoon to see if we needed him. We thought we could snake it ourselves and when we realized we couldn't, we called him that Saturday and he was out within an hour. He was very prompt, courteous and honest. We were very happy with his demeanor. We will absolutely use him again.

  Four Star Plumbing & AC Service Inc

  Dave got under the sink, then turned on the water faucet; no leak. Ran the dishwasher, no leak. Ran the disposal, LEAK. He said the inside seal was worn, and said a new disposal was in my future. I decided to do the replacement myself and save a few extra bucks. I had a few problems with the installation the next day so I called Four Star back and asked to speak to Dave; he came out to the house that same day and a few minutes later, I understood why 30 years in the business was why I will call Four Star whenever I need a plumber in the future. The receptionist, and Dave were very nice to speak to and in explaining Four Star services. The price is very good and the service is excellent. I waited a week to write this report because I figure if I had any follow up problems, they'd show up by now. NO PROBLEMS.  Four Star really lives up to their name.
