    It has taken me this long to express my experience at Hadwin-White Collision Center because I don���t like to hurt anyone���s business for their negligence. On the other hand, every time I think of the damages my car encountered while it was parked at their body shop���s lot it hurts so much. Regardless, if the damages were repaired the area has been disturbed and it can develop future problems along the way. I took my car to Hadwin-White Collision Center 2325 Hwy 501 East on July 23, 2018 for repairs. I felt so confident my car would be safe when I took my car to this body shop. However, what happened to my car on their lot was unthinkable and for that reason I will never ever recommend anyone to go there for car repairs. I received a call from John Rundell, Collision Center Appraiser on July 26, 2018 to inform me that the repairs were completed. John went on to say that while the car was parked on their lot waiting for me to pick it up, my car was struck on the back bumper by another car backing out. John Rundell claimed it was not their fault. I say it was their fault because the damages happened on their premises. With that said I would be insane to ever return to Hadwin-White Collision Center. So to all you customers be aware that Hadwin-White Collision Center has this bizarre way they park the cars on their lot. If you ever decide to go to this body shop, you will be taking a risk your car can get hit while it is waiting for pickup. As I mentioned earlier, I will never ever recommend this body shop to my worst enemy.

    The reviews I have seen are exactly correct the owner is a snake I had them fix a Nissan 350z that only has15000 miles the body work is terrible and they got over spray on the fender skirt and the emblem on the fender. The spray booth is a piece of junk so there is dirt in the clear coat that they didn't even try to buff out. When I spoke to the woman in the office who was very nice and another gentleman that agreed that the repair DID NOT look good they went to get the owner. She had told me on the phone they stand behind their work .... WRONG!!!!!! When the owner came out I could tell he WAS NOT HAPPY!!!!! He asked me why I waited 3 months which it was 2 1/2 months but I don't drive the car my wife does , well my question to you is why wasn't it fixed right in the first place ?????? So now I will have to get it fixed again for a job I already paid cash to have repaired. Thanks for nothing !!!! D & R Auto Body & Paint 3602 SC-905, Conway, SC I wouldn't let you fix my car unless I was going to send it to the junkyard after they were done!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The only reason I gave one star is because you cant put zero!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    They provided an estimate by phone and were very helpful and friendly.  They stated they could complete the work in one day, which they did, but we didn't think we'd get there before they closed so we let them know we'd pick up our vehicle the next day. They called when they completed the work, explained how it went, the condition of other items and how long before anything else would need repair, and were again very helpful and pleasant.  It turned out we were able to make it just a few moments before they closed the same day to pick up the car, but they had already put the car away in their locked/fenced area and filed the key and paperwork since we told them that's when we'd be there.  That made me very happy as well - they are organized, take good care of everyone's vehicles, and even though I caught them off guard by showing up unexpectedly just a moment before their closing time, they rolled right along with it and were so friendly.  They went over the invoice again, explained the work done, and pointed out some notes on the invoice.  We just couldn't be more pleased.  Oh!  Most important part!  The work done made the car drive so much better!  Thank you!

    My son's car broke down the day after he moved to Conway to go to Coastal Carolina. Archer's Automotive towed my son's car (half price for college students) to their shop and had it repaired within two days. Very professional and reasonable. We will use them for any car maintenance and repairs my son will need. I was very satisfied.

    Weltner's Collision gave us an estimate prior to the insurers involvement.  They helped us understand the typical process and work through things, even helping coordinate with the rental agency and insurer.  The repairs took a few days longer than initially estimated due to availability of parts.  They kept us informed and it seems were looking at things from the customers perspective.  A very valuable service these days.  The work they did was great.  I would not hesitate to recommend them.

    I told them I was worried it was my transmission...thankfully they are honest and the problem was completley different. They were very pleasant and respectful. They even were able to find my part local so the work was done that day. Now my car is running like new!

    The experience here was very good. I was obviously very stressed but the driver who came out was courteous, calm and very reassuring. He was knowledgeable of the process, worked well with the insurance company and did everything possible to make this process easier for me. Even though my vehicle had significant damage, he took care of it as though it was brand new. This company made a very stressful situation much more bearable. I am grateful for their service.

    The vehicle had been losing a little coolant for some time. We had taken it to a local dealer in a different state and been told there was a slight leak from around the intake manifold and and quoted a price $640 to fix the leak. As we were in the process of selling our home we held off on repairs. We have since moved to a new state and over time the leak increased. We selected Dart Automotive form Angie's List and took the car in for service/repair. They pressure tested the the cooling system to be sure of the leak location. They called and informed me the water pump was leaking and it appeared it had been leaking for some time. They also recommended the serpentine belt be replaced since there would be no additional labor charge. An additional pressure test was performed after the water pump was replaced and no additional leaks were found. We also asked that the transmission be given a service based on mileage. All work was performed for the quoted price. Office and service personnel were friendly and knowledgable. Based on this experience I expect to use Dart Automotive in the future. The 'B' for puntallity is prompted by a missed communication within the company so we weren't notified when the car was ready for pick up; a small point made only in the interest of accuracy.
