The work included a bathroom buildout, custom cabinetry, Sheetrock, paint, electrical and HVAC. All together, the project had few hiccups considering the length of time between construction. ACMY ContractorsOur experience with CMY Contractors was overall exceptional. My husband and I added a large addition to our home and have no complaints. We added on a large family room with fireplace and stonework. CMY Contractors was able to craft a beautiful wooden staircase leading up to a loft to include large windows and daybed. The stonework starts at the fireplace and cascades up to the second level ceiling. We also added a Covered front porch with stamped concrete with wooden beams and stonework. This was the first experience for us with hiring a contractor and first large project for either of us to jump into. Yovan and his family, as well as the men who work for them are very talented, creative, hard working and trustworthy. Yovan helped us to to add to our home and make it more than we ever could have imagined, we cannot thank him enough. They all did an outstanding job and appreciate all of the creativeness along the way. Thank you all so much & hope this is not the last time to be working with you!- Rachel N.

AD&E Drywall and PaintingDaniel and his team did a wonderful job! I had them paint and patch our den. Not only were they extremely neat and professional, the job was done within just a few hours and looks amazing! After they were finished we ended up hanging a TV that left huge holes in the wall. I reached out to Daniel and he returned within just a few days to patch the area and repaint the whole wall. You can't even tell there was previously a hole there!! I was a former home builder in Atlanta so I am accustomed to working with contractors, and Daniel was everything that I hope a contractor would be… good communication, punctual, easy to work with, flexible with changes that arise, conscientious and clean-up after their work is completed. Daniel and his team were all of those things. I hired Daniel and his team for some drywall repair from water damage along with finish painting. This was a $5,000 job. ABradley Construction LLCIt went as smoothly as possible considering how stretched the crews were with all the homes damaged after tornado. The subcontracted crews did mostly a very good job. They were friendly and helpful but it was necessary to get some of them back to either redo or complete areas that should have been done a little better the first time around. Rick, the project manager, was awesome. He was attentive, helpful, and quick to respond to all my questions and concerns. Marcus, who I called the “finisher”, could not have been more friendly and “johnny on the spot” when called upon to do touch up work or, in some cases, to fix a few things that needed extra attention. I am very pleased how my house turned out in the end and would recommend this company to anyone who needs a contractor.- Kathy B.

ACory Rose Painting did an EXCELLENT job painting the entire interior of my home (4200 sqft.) and on top of that did an AMAZING transformation of the nasty popcorn ceiling in my basement. It's a smooth as a baby's bottom now. And let me add that my house has all kinds of crazy angles and super high ceilings and the guys took care of it with ease. Bruce Rose was very professional and responsive while I was getting estimates. Far and above the other companies that I had out to the house. AVery good quality work at a fair price. They go the extra mile. I was going to handle the painting but they painted the high areas that were unsafe for me access. Another example was they removed some dead ivy from the brickwork while working in the area. Now what contractor does that?
