Worse experience ever. The owner refuses to respond directly to complaints and when given the option to do the right things, he chooses to take every advantage to get one over on you. Mike Dillon strikes first because he assumes he's always boxing. MDC is a highly unprofessional company with very limited ability in the industry and a horrible reputation due to the petty owner and constant mismanagement.

The job went as it should do when you hire a professional contractor. I got MD Masonry's quote within several days of request and the cost was competitive with other quotes received. I had their certificate of Insurance almost instantly and found them to be fully licensed to do the work. The work began on the scheduled day and progressed quickly. Danielle went out of her way to locate a particular and hard-to-find gravel for our planting bed behind the wall. She also suggested and implemented an additional retaining wall around a favorite tree to make use of the few leftover wall blocks and caps that we had supplied. We're looking forward to having MD Masonry back to help us with some brick and sidewalk repairs. The job cost in excess of $10,000. Danielle and her crew delivered above and beyond expectations. You won't go wrong with MD Masonry doing your project.

We have (4) dogs in our back yard, during the summer it is hard keeping them cool and with constant supply of fresh water.  I called MD Masonry to come out and offer suggestions on how to keep our furry family members happy.  They supplied a few estimates detailing the options that we could chose from.  We went with a water fall feeding a small lazy river opening up into a koi pond.  The contractor scheduled a time to start and explained all the steps involved with constructing our puppy oasis.  The project took about (4) days. I got some tropical plants and flowers to plant around the water feature and they didn't hesitate helping me place them in places that would look great and provide extra shade. When the project was done they removed all the extra stone and materials, so cleaning afterwards was not an issue. Our yard took on a transformation from a hot desert to a cool tropical haven, our dogs could not be happier and it eases my mind to know they have a way to cool off and a constant supply of water. We couldn't be happier with how everything turned out.

Paul, the operations manager, came out to look over the work to be done, discuss my concerns, and gather data for a free estimate. Ann, the office manager, had a detailed estimate to me within a day or two and I agreed to have the work done. The workers showed up promptly as scheduled each day of the job. The excavation turned out to require less time than estimated, and only half of the insulation needed to be replaced. Paul adjusted the quoted price accordingly. The work was done professionally and to my satisfaction. Paul and Ann kept me up to date throughout the course of the job. I would not hesitate to call on Crawlspace Medic again should the need arise.

Phil and Brian came out to give me a free estimate about a month before.   Out of the three they were priced in the middle but seemed like good guys and had a great deal of confidence that they could fix my driveway.   So we went ahead and they got everything done in two days.  So I'm writing this 6 months later and the work they did is still holding up.   Especially the water trenches.   Instead of water going down and through the middle of the driveway, it is going in the trenches on the side and the driveway is holding up well.

Phil and Brian came and gave me an estimate earlier in the month.  They came when they said they would, kept in constant contact with me as the customer as to when they would arrive.  The work was professional, they were helpful, worked hard to complete the job and their clean up was wonderful.  I would recommend them to anyone needing any of the services they offer.  Wonderful company to work with. Thanks Guys!

The Grounds Guys of the Midlands
This was a great crew. They were attentive to my needs/requests and were very courteous, professional and efficient. They worked from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. to complete the job. When they dug up to move heads or repair leaks, they put everything back in place very neatly. They even filled in their work areas in my beds with mulch I had recently purchased.

I thought they were kind of expensive, but the work was good. When the rain comes I don't have that problem at all. They tore my yard up and I thought it would never be the same, but when they left it looked just like it looked when they got here. I did not think it would. They were really, really good. The work was excellent, but the price I thought was a little up there, a little high. I am really pleased with what they did. They took it all from the back of the house all the way to the front of the house by the street. They were here like clockwork. I had three estimates to come out here and he was my third option. I chose him and he was the highest, but I don't think I will ever have to get it done again.

We had a deadline to get a pretty substantial chunk of yard clearing done.  They were able to come out and give us a very reasonable and fair estimate right away, and start the job right away, too.   Even in 105 degree heat!!   When they finished, the bill was even LESS than the total original estimate!!
