    Mason, Dr. Camille

Although I was able to get a fast appointment due to a cancellation, my daughter -the one going to the appointment- never saw her myself. She was told that it wasn't anything serious, given some cream and sent on her way with instructions to pick her prescription up at the CVS near Kmart (a little bit more detail would have been nice). Not going to consider this doctor again. I believe that she should have received more attention, especially as a new patient and seen the doctor, not just the nurse.

The highlight of the appointment was Darla who answered the phone when I called yesterday and was super nice.

Everything was fine except that they sent my lab work to an out-of-network lab, so I ended up with a $190 bill when it would have been $40 in-network.  That's a $150 expense I shouldn't have had to pay.

Greta is very nice. The first time I meet her I thought she a little weird but after that I liked her better the second time. She had done some chemical peel to her face and it was not pretty. She was doing a recheck cause I guess once they find skin cancer you have to come back and be rechecked once or twice a year. Everything was okay and now I only see her every other year.

My first appointment, she had a cold and didn't want to spend too much time around me in order not to give me whatever she had. She quickly diagnosed, treated and was gone, but I didn't feel as though I was given the and quot;short-shriftand quot;. My follow up appointment she was all recovered, and as before, looked at it, continued to feel as though it was nothing, but did another freeze and said that would be it. Said she'd see me in a year for a skin check. When I asked what that was (since I had no idea what she was talking about), she asked if I had never been checked over by a dermatologist for any sort of skin issues. Since I hadn't, guess what I got? A thorough going over that I did not expect, but it was all good news. Things that I might have had a concern about were normal things and she saw nothing that warranted a return visit. That was it! She is personable, approachable and will answer all your questions without you feeling rushed. Great doc!

Some of treatment working, but side effects of meds may discontinue use. She did warn me there might be side effects so I did not get caught off guard. Sure she will address reactions at our next appointment in July.

    Carolinas Dermatology Group
They did a biopsy on my face which is a very invasive procedure that you don't just do, you don't cut on the face for a very minor problem, there are other diagnostic that you can use. I was not real pleased, I just found them very very unprofessional, not taking the time explaining things, not a good group. I have decided to look for someone else, I now have a scar on my face that I will probably have forever.

    Carson, Dr. Lee S.
Dr. Carson and her staff were courteous and professional. Time spent in waiting room was short, the appointment was quick but efficient, and Dr. Carson provided the needed recommendations and prescriptions for my skin condition.

He literally told me he didn't know for all of the above conditions. I repeatedly told him I did not want to take birth control for my acne and he said thats probably my only bet. He didn't even look at my eyelid infection because I mentioned I had already went to an opthamologist but I also mentioned that I didn't think he had done a good job of diagnosing the issue. I ASKED TO BUY PRODUCTS THEY SOLD AND HE TALKED ME OUT OF IT!

She is an excellent dermatologist and she found melanoma on my wife. She even recognized a problem that my wife had that was not dermatological, but was related to Addison's, and referred her for proper care.

I was given a mid-morning appointment and not disappointed. I was seen shortly after my arrival by both nurse and Dr Gaffe. He immediately knew I was taking the wrong meds for my poison ivy and spoke with me about my condition as well provided me with a brochure allowing me to read about my condition. I was scheduled to take a golfing trip that weekend which he recommended I not do. Bottow line is, Dr Gaffe and his staff took very good care of me and I'd strongly recommend any one requiring dermatology care to give his office a call.
