I did not have Dave provide any services because of his initial assessment which sounded a little extreme, because he failed to keep an appointment, and he failed to call me back to set up another appointment.

I called during the week to see about his availability and what he thought could be causing my AC not to run. Advised him that the fan is running fine, but no cold air. He warned me to be prepared to replace my entire system because it sounds like I've had a leak and because leaks are hard to find and fix, and because it uses R22, which is very expensive - I would probably better off replacing my 8 y/o unit rather than continuing to fill it with R22. He said he'd come and look at it Friday and we scheduled an appointment. Friday he called and said he couldn't make it, but would come out over the weekend. He said he'd call and give me a bit of a notice before he'd come over. In the meantime, I called another company and had them come over on Saturday - they replaced a ~$130 condenser. Dave's Duzitall never called back but the following Wednesday he was at another customer's business who knew me (they were who referred me to Dave). The customer called me and asked what the problem was and how much it cost (Dave wanted to know).
