He cleans his area up before he leaves for the day or weekend. On time every day until the job is finished. Very knowledgeable about types of flooring and tile. His workmanship is as if he was doing his own bathroom or floor. The amount that he charges is reasonable but you won't get the punctuality or cleanliness that he brings to jobsite.- Robert M.

He is always on schedule and looks for ways to cut money from the budget. There are never any surprises. He seamlessly works with subcontractors when needed and the craftspeople he brings in have always been excellent. In addition to his work being impeccable, he cleans up at the end of every day so that you barely notice he was there. He is respectful of our home and so entirely trustworthy. I have no reservations about leaving him alone in our home. He’s even taken the dogs out for us. We literally will not hire anyone else to work in our home!- leighan c.

CRyan initially did an acceptable job with the overall master shower job. The problem - I requested a change in grout color along the outside of the shower area along the floor as it dried to a poor match with the original tile floor grout color . I was promised that he would come back to complete this simple adjustment using a different grout color. Simple fix! After many attempts to contact him, he has failed to call or text me back. He has totally blown this off! This is unprofessional and unacceptable. Don't disrespect customers by making empty promises. I am very disappointed with him personally and I will not use Grout Medic or recommend the company to individuals.

AWe have 2 small rooms that are a challenge for us to decorate. My husband is disabled & we require space for his motorized wheelchair, which further limits what we can do. Bryan, the owner, & Dorothy, our designer, listened to our requests & designed 2 beautiful rooms that maximize the limited space. Once we approved the design & furniture, they immediately provided a list of carpenters so we could get started on some built-in cabinetry. We were also provided with a list of all the furnishings & websites so we can purchase what we can afford. We had never used a design team before & I didn't know what to expect, but I'm so happy we did! Now we have a direction & vision of what we can do to truly utilize those rooms. We also have control over the budget & can do what we can afford as time goes on. Bryan & Dorothy were absolutely wonderful to work with & I would definitely use them again!!

FWe had our new floors installed when we bought our house. The floors didn't look right because they installers cut trim inside the house and left white dust everywhere. The floors were supposed to wipe clean but did not. Floor Boys tried to clean them multiple times but it did not come clean. There is a defect in our flooring and Floor Boys couldn't get the vendor to compensate them so they did NOTHING for us. After a year, we're stuck with floors we're not happy with and they are not working with us at all. No compensation, no vouchers, nothing. DO NOT USE FLOOR BOYS is you want them to stand by the work they do. I will be telling everyone, including real estate agents we know, not to recommend FLOOR BOYS.
