    This family-owned business has a team of knowledgable mechanics & body shop technicians who have been taking care of my cars since 2014. Shane, the owner, has had the exact same crew since I became a customer, and they're all friendly yet professional, with a love for cars that explains their knowledge about them (impressive). It doesn't matter whether you have a 2003 Ford Focus or a 2018 Lexus, they'll fix it for a very reasonable price--and teach you something you needed to know in the process. They're located on Bolton Street, just off of 378/Garners Ferry Road. Look for the O'Reilly Auto Parts store, across from Zaxby's. I truly would not go anywhere else.

    What a painless experience! I called yesterday afternoon. The woman who answered, Cindy, was pleasant and efficient, and in a very few minutes had all the information she needed (insurance company) and we scheduled an appointment for this afternoon. The technician gave me a courtesy call ahead of time, arrived on time and went right to work. Within about one-half hour I had a new windshield and he was on his way. He, too, was pleasant and efficient. Could not ask for better service. I would definitely use Century Glass again.

    Most of the staff, including the sales person were good - responsive and customer-oriented. The finance person was a bit high-pressure. An employee in the accounting office was very helpful with a post-sale issue.

    Horrible workmanship, and an even worse shop owner!! The best thing going for this place is the secretary/ office manager. To you young lady , keep your head up, please don���t allow corrupt people to corrupt you and best of luck working for a callus *******!!! You know as well as I do exactly what took place, and so does the guy with the tattoos on the backs of both forearms ! I won���t ask you guys to defend me or make a statement because I���m sure you both need your jobs and that *** would probably fire you. Continue to try and make a difference in an environment you can���t possibly win in!

    I had several phone conversations before scheduling the actual job. They explained in great details exactly what the job entails and what kind of detailing they will perform. They came on time to our home and did a very thorough job for both vehicles. One vehicle is ten years old and the other four. Both have clear coats and the shine was fully restored in both. The whole process was very non-invasive and they also cleaned the vehicle interiors with great care.

    They are closed right now. They had a death in the family and they are all hung up in legal battles right now because his father's name was on the owner's list. They were expected to be out for 1-2 weeks, but it has been over a month now, so I don't know what is going on, I have no contact with him. I would use them again, I am waiting for them to open up again. They are highly professional.

    After talking to over a dozen auto transporting companies and being bombarded with countless telephone calls and emails; I found Executive Auto Transporters on Angle's List; I spoke with Laura who was so helpful and knowledgable and guided me through the process and answered all of my questions I knew right away this was the company that I could trust to get my grandson car across country to him safe and sound. Within 5 days the car was picked up by Stan who was very nice and reassuring; we assumed it would take at least 2 - 3 weeks or more for delivery (car picked up on Monday evening delivered that Sunday afternoon) with no problem. Thank you Executive Auto Transporters with a special Thank you to Laura and Stan.

    Car was delivered to Caliber. i have Been trying unsucessfully for days to get a receipt or invoice from 24/7. Rude, unprofessional, threatened me to stop calling with profanity this was a male then followed up with a female with more profanity.

    I will give them a B for the price and the rest of it.  We've kept the car going there to the dealership since we owned the car.  The waiting time was probably 45 minutes; it was shorter than for the Mazda.  The workers were professional; it's just that they always constantly want to sell you an air filter for the cabin, a cabin air filter.  Every time you go in, it's oh you need another cabin air filter.  I go, I don't think that much bad air is in this car.
