    I work with It is a online thing but they will come to your residence and do a 12 point diagnostic and repair. It took about 2 hours. It was online and you put in the problems. They send someone out and they fix it. They do a thorough system check and give you a paper printout of what they find. The mechanic went over with me what he found and didn't find. It was very thorough.

    Because they take good care of us without doing things that aren't needed, they don't cheat, I'd say they don't cheat that's the biggest thing.

    Jeff arrived at the time scheduled and after a few pleasantries when straight to work.  The Lexus RX 450h had some interior issues
    with dog hair even after my wife and I did the best we could to remove most before Jeff arrived.  There were remains and Jeff finished the removal.  There were the usual stains, scuffs, exterior road blemishes and wheel well road grime.  The vehicle is 15 months old and is now back to show room condition.  His attention to detail is beyond reproach; my wife is a bit OCD when it comes to cleaning and he passed her inspection.  It was a complete soup to nuts, high quality job.
     We have used other detailers before for other vehicles, but incomparable to Speedway Detail, our detailer of choice henceforth.

    My car suddenly began having engine problems, a very loud knocking noise along with a false oil level reading. My neighbor recommended Carolina Auto experts. They had worked on his vehicle and he was very pleased with their services. These guys are fast, thorough and very honest. They let me know exactly what the problems were and the cost so there were no surprises at the end. I highly recommend this company and will definitely be using them again.

    I've used Imports Only. I've got a Toyota Prius. I've used them for 15 years. It was very positive. The owner is very conscientious and reliable. They don't recommend unneeded repairs. If you find somebody you trust, you stay with them.

    Very happy with the service and installation!  Will definitely recommend to others.

    Dash tweeters and door speakers were replaced.  Price was very fair and no issues with the installation.

    A wired back up camera system was installed.   The camera was installed on top of my hitch which is also protected by the spare tire.  The rearview mirror was replaced with a mirror that acts as the camera monitor when the vehicle is placed in reverse.  The mirror looks identical to the factor mirror.  I love having the extra visibility behind my jeep.

    The provider was prompt and professional.  They did not get the spots out of the carpet as promised. I expected them to clean the leather seats, but they did not have a leather cleaner.  The windows looked great and the rims were cleaned very well.  I have never had my  car detailed.  I guess I expected a little more than I got.

    The vehicle is a 2009 Toyota Venza that has been properly maintained and cleaned for the 5 years of ownership, but never detailed back to showroom.  Eric, Jackie and Brett performed a yeoman's job of accomplishing the task; never expected such fine results.
    Jackie called to alert they were running 30 mins behind and again called to say they were on the way. The communication was appreciated.

    My windshield sustained a chip which spread into a large crack. I contacted our auto dealer's service department (Honda of Rock Hill) to find out who they use for such repairs. Honda said that they use and recommend Safelite. After contacting Safelite, a service technician was sent out to our house to perform the repair. The technician, Fred, arrived on time, was friendly, professional and efficient. The windshield is fantastic and seems to be installed well. Unfortunately, during the replacement the wire the tech uses for such procedures knicked and scratched the interior panel that covers an air bag just inside the windshield. I called Safelite and spoke with a very friendly customer service representative and explained the problem. The customer service representative was EXTREMELY helpful. She linked in the technician on the call wherein the 3 of us chatted. She promptly ordered the correct replacement piece which arrived within a week and was installed, again at our home, in a mere 5 minutes. The second technician, Joe, was very friendly, courteous, prompt and efficient. My 2012 Pilot is back to looking brand new with the replacement piece. I appreciate Safelite providing such excellent customer service! HIGHLY recomment Safelite and will use them for future auto glass repairs.
    Note: The cost was $0 (zero) because SC auto insurance offers full coverage for windshield replacement if the policy holder has comprehensive coverage.

    The service visit went well as perusual. Multiple service routines were performed in a timely manner, the service consultant (Tim Evans) kept me apprised of the progress through each station and every contact was courteous. I would not go anywhere else for service to my 2009 Venza.
