    123 APPLIANCE REPAIR
Submitted an online description of the problem. Sprayer arm had fallen off mounting. Technician called within 24 hours (note, submitted online evening of January 1), and as I described the problem, he told me that it was not worth a service call, as dishwasher would probably work fine without it (arm was for top spray) and service call would be expensive for magnitude of the problem. Also told me I could probably just pop it back in myself, which I did, based on his description. I really appreciate service companies that do not force a service call and are willing to help over the phone at no cost. Would definitely call them again for future problems.

Chris, the owner, was rude, negative & has wasted my personal time in trying to fix my washer & dryer.  I am only using him because he is part of my home buyer warranty service.   The first time he was here, he wanted to leave after 2.5 min of evaluating my washer & dryer.  He didn't even look at my dryer... just said it had clogged lint.  I coerced him into investigating a little further into the dryer & because we had already had the vent cleaned & he finally opened the dryer & saw there was a belt loose.  He replaced the belt & the dryer then worked for less than 2 min before he flew out of my house.  Didn't even want to stay for 5 min to see if it would stay working! Of course, it stops working 5 min after he leaves.  My warranty complany asks him to come out again & he comes out a week later before our pre-arranged time from 9-11 while my teens are home alone.  Very Rude & inappropriate for him to arrive without telling me & be in my home without an adult present.  Now.... he supposedly has a part to my washer that was supposed to be installed today & once again arrives 30 min before our pre-arranged time without giving me any notification.  I am home, but he states he was here, rang the door bell once & sat in my driveway for 1/2 an hour.  I asked him why he didn't ring the door bell more than once or why he didn't leave a message on my phone or text me at the very least.  No apology... & states he'll have to reschedule.  He is flipent, rude & does not appear to care at all that we have been waiting for over a month & 1/2 for our washing machine to be repaired.  Please stay away from this company!  Not worth the Headache!  Don't let him waste your time.

My refrigerator went out two months ago.  I have a very expensive AHS contract for such repairs and they initially assigned this to Sear's repair group.  Shortly after the assignment it was reassigned to another local contractor - Ashman Appliance Service.  The Ashman representative came out and found the circuit board had gone bad and needed to be sent away for repair since that board was no longer in the supply chain.  The board came back about a little over a week ago and was installed.  The refrigerator electronics now work but the freezer will not freeze.  I called AHS again and they sent out Ashman to take a look.  Apparently now the compressor has gone bad since the unit has been sitting so long... unfortunately Ashman cannot work on these type of compressors.  AHS then assigned the work to AllStar Appliance Services (who has a BBB D+ rating).  AllStar never picks up their phone and after four days they've finally scheduled a visit for seven days from now... wow.  I will be without a refrigerator for about three to four months before we even know if the repairs work.  I've talked with AHS about my situation multiple times but they just don't care.  AHS is the worst scam in the world!!!!

The technician did not show up after two days as promised and when we called the business there was no answer so we had to leave a message. The business called the next day and said the parts had not arrived and would be in on a Friday and they wanted to schedule an appointment for repairs. We settled on a time between 3&5PM and were told there would be a call when they were on the way.
As the time of the appointment was about to pass we attempted to call the business and again there was no answer. At 5:15 we called again and there was no answer, left a message but we did get a call back shortly there after. The business informed us that the computer board still had not arrived and the water valve was received but it was broken. Said have a nice day and hung up.

How's that for service? This business was recommended by the refrigerator manufacturer and they have been informed of the professionalism of the business.

I would not recommend this business for any future repairs.

Couldn't be happier.  I submitted a contact request late at night and was called at 7:45 AM the next morning.  By 8:45 they were at my home.  Diagnosed the issue and have to go obtain the applicable parts.  Came back later that evening to complete.  Has worked perfect since.

Their fee was 50$ just to come out and then 40$ for hour so I thought that was reasonable, they kinda told me that upfront; I actually had the parts and they were willing to use it. He was professional and he finished it very quickly; he called before he came and he was there when he said he was gonna be there.

    123 APPLIANCE REPAIR
With guests arriving in 48 hours - my GE refrigerator stopped doing it's job.  Food was thawing in the freezer, ice cream was melting-I was in a panic.  it was 5 minutes to five in the evening when I called.  I was expecting the repairman to call the next morning since it was so close to 5pm.  Imagine my surprise when he returned my call WITHIN FIVE MINUTES!  After getting directions to my home, he assured me he would come and do the repair THAT EVENING.  He arrived as promised, replaced a broken part (which he had on his truck), cleaned up the kitchen and freezer unit and was done IN LESS THAN AN HOUR !
He was polite, friendly, assured me I hadn't done anything wrong and charged me far less than I had anticipated (since it was an emergency and late evening).  My guests arrived as scheduled with nary a clue of what had happened.
I would GLADLY RECOMMEND this company to anyone.

I called for refrigerator repair. The repairman called within 5 minutes after I called the office and scheduled a service call that same afternoon. He was prompt, professional and pleasant. The work was completed quickly , the price very reasonable, and the refrigerator was cooling that afternoon. I will definitely call them again for appliance repair.

    123 APPLIANCE REPAIR
Found 123 Appliance repair, called on a Friday night around 9:00, got their voice mail which indicated we could send a text message (impressive). Sent a text, received a call back promptly the next morning. By noon James and his brother who was in from out of town arrived, took less than 30 seconds to diagnose the problem and had the refrigerator repaired in under 15 minutes--it was a computer bored that had blown. James and his brother were professional and worked quickly with a sense of humor kibitzing with my wife and I while they worked. An excellent experience and I will call them again for any appliance repair needs.

    GE Appliance Repair
I had not been able to get my refrigerator's ice-maker to function for over a week when I joined Angie's List and searched for a repairman. Several companies came up on my computer. I selected the GEAppliances.com and promptly got a service requested form. This form explained that I would receive a call confirming the appointment and gave me a confirmation number. First thing the next morning I received a call from Matthew, who identified himself as the GE technician who would coming and telling me that his visit would be after noon, which freed up my morning to do errands away from home. Matt called again when he was on his way to my home. He asked questions regarding the needed repairs and answered questions which I had. Matt was very professional and personable. He quickly restored the ice-maker function and found the problem with the water flow to the water dispenser. I had overloaded the freezer and refrigerator-which caused a 'freeze-up' in the water supply line. The broken auger and bin assembly for the ice-maker had to be ordered and Matt said it would arrive ready to be put into service.I was very pleased with Matt's professionalism, he was able to explain what I had done wrong without making me feel like 'a dumb blonde'. I would recommend him to anyone.
