AAugusta Music BoxHe is very knowledgeable of piano tuning. He has been tuning our piano for years, and we plan to continue using him in the future. He has a wonderful personality and a lot of fun to be around. In fact, we arrange his visit around lunch time if possible so that my wife can prepare lunch for him or we take him out to a restaurant. He is a Christian, and appears to be a wonderful family man with his three young children. He and his wife are also very talented. He plays the piano and she sings. We invited them to perform in concert at our church, and they were well received. For a real treat, ask him to play the piano for you after he completes the tuning of your piano.- Robert F.

AThe Treasure BarnMy experience with them was excellent! They sell all kinds of antiques such as furniture, books and outdoor equipment. They rent like a shelf. You bring your items in there, and you rent a shelf. You try to sell them, and they'll get a commission for it. They have many piece of furniture. They're open on Thursdays, Fridays and Thursdays. AYe Olde BookbinderPages were re-aligned, gathered and sewn together (the way quality Bibles once were bound), then fastened to cover with heavy-duty (better than the original) glue. All this was put together in such a way that it looked like the Bible was new just out of the box. Excellent work! I may have older books I treasure but which are in disrepair that I will take to Larry. I'll have to look through my library again for volumes I have been loath to discard because of sentimental value. Now I know who can fix them.- Tom V.

All TV's in this category seemed to be under price control by the manufacturer so price comparison wasn't a consideration. These guys were excellent at answering all our questions and providing advice. They didn't try to convince us their position/opinions were better. They answered all our questions, took time with us, and let us come to our own conclusions. We got the advice we wanted (and needed) and are pleased with our selection and more pleased with the sales information we got from Hawthorne. If you are looking for a TV, go to Hawthorne and ask for Randy. We will definitely return for other purchases in the future.- Kenneth J.

AI ordered an Acrylic turntable cover for my new audiophile turntable - Dr. Feickert Woodpecker with Origin Live illustrious tone arm. I got the "floating cover", which sits on the top of the turntable plinth via 4 seating blocks. This cover is a beautiful work of art, literally could be used in an art museum display. it is very sturdy and extremely well finished. The pricing was very, very reasonable and I have never seen better or more secure packaging. Shipping was received as was promised and in a timely fashion. APERFECT. The team was so fast and helpful. There was no damage to any of our items including the car they moved. Nothing was left behind and we were able to do a FaceTime walk through once they packed up our apartment. This is the second time we've moved with them and we could not recommend them more. CTerrible! Wish I had gone with another company. Here is the issue with Heavenly Heat. If your sauna arrives damaged or and issue arrives -- they have zero technical support. Your repairs will be done by any "joe" that heavenly heat finds to do the repair in your area. They will have no experience with Sauna's and are given no instructions regarding the chemical free aspect of these sauna's. The worst part is the buyer, me, was treated as if I was the problem for wanting my sauna repaired correctly. I would have refused the delivery had I realized I was receiving a damaged sauna and would have to spend hours and days trying to get this resolved. The owner, Bob Morgan, is extremely responsive before he has your money but after, is a different story. When inquiring about the sauna he would respond generally within 10 minutes. After you purchase, and particularly if you have a problem with it, you are treated as if you're a nuisance. My sister bought a competitors sauna around the same time and the service she received from knowledgable representatives was a world of difference from my experience. My other issue was that there were shipping delays and Bob would never communicate them. I would have to pursue him to get information. I think they make a decent sauna but I would not recommend for reasons stated above.
