    I will use their services when ever I flight into Atlanta they did an awesome job accommodation my elderly mom they made sure she was ok at the Airport and departing from the Stone Mountain Resort. I am glad they were a part of our family Union transportation.

    Horrible customer service. Was given a pick up date and time. Got there and stood around for 3 hours. Camper was not ready. Scheduled a second pick up date and time a week later and camper still wasn’t ready to go. approached manager to complain, his response was, “did you purchase something because I don’t recognize you?” Also told by the salesman “these types of services are just not a priority, I’m sorry.”

    We scheduled a two week vacation in Florida that went horribly wrong. We noticed water damage on our slide, and the next day our a/c went out. To make matters worse, we found bubbles all over the fiberglass exterior.
    We contacted several repair facilities who gave us estimates that were much more than the camper was worth. Then we found Steve at 1st Choice RV. Steve replaced the a/c, fixed the leak, and, when we found additional damage, worked until he had re-framed, replaced, painted, and attached almost an entire side on the camper.
    Once you find water damage, it just gets worse. We found several places that had to be completely dismantled and rebuilt. Steve was able to take care of everything - including the bubbles on the fiberglass. Chasing those has been the bane of our existence.
    We have one more set of bubbles to clear. With any (good) luck, Steve should be done today. I have hope.
    On the positive side, we have made two long camp-outs, and a few long weekend treks, with no issues. All of the repairs have held up wonderfully.

    On every occasion I have been very pleased with the service.  The drivers are pleasant and helpful.  Their vehicles are new and spotlessly clean SUV's and Minivans.  I love that I can call in advance and make an appointment with a fixed pickup time.  The drivers call to let me know that they have arrived and on each occasion they have arrived early.

    Advertised experiences were not available, entertainment was not as described (a juggler, a hypnotist and 2 foul mouth comedians no one has ever heard of), activities for those over 30 were relegated to drinking and gambling or AA meetings. I had been looking forward to a cruise for years. I have never been so disappointed.

    It was very clear from the condition of the truck that the truck had not been prepared for the rental.  The truck was filthy inside both the cab and the box.  The truck was also in poor physical condition, with the dashboard warning light for engine service required lit all the time, and other warning lights for parking brake and ABS false alarming intermittently.  The ramp supports were broken so that the ramp slid too far under the truck and was very difficult to pull out to deploy.  All of these issues were readily apparent had the truck been inspected and the ignition turned on.  
    They also did a very poor job of explaining the details of the contract.  Budget's insurance contains some important exclusions that were not mentioned, and no copy of the insurance policy was provided.  Other charges that are unique to Budget, such as an extra $10 charge for utilizing night drop offs, should have been emphasized/discussed, but at least this one was listed in the fine print of the contract.  The vendor where I returned the truck stated that he always points out this charge to renters.  By contrast, the owner/operator at Raleigh Cary Self Storage seemed to want to push through the contract details as soon as possible instead of providing valuable information to their customers.
    When I called to complain, the owner/operator never apologized -- even for the issues for which she was responsible -- and instead just directed me to talk to Budget's customer service.

    Experience was the best. Driver was right on time. He took our bags and even turned around so I could get champnge I had forgotten. Very polite and experienced driver.. we scheduled for our return trip

    I had an absolutely fantastic time! There was a firepit, canoes, boating, water skiing, hiking, restaurants... everything! They were extremely helpful and provided me with a list of "things-to-do" in the area that kept me busy and entertained (along with my entire family) for a week!  I thought being so secluded we would eventually get bored, but we barely covered the first 2 pages of the 10 page Welcome Letter- can't wait to go back and try winter skiing!

    I am in New York now and they take me where I want to go in a safe and quick manner. I only use them because they are the only car service in the area I am in. This is not a limousine; it is a private auto.

    I am not certain about their motorcycle service but if you try to rent a trailer or a Uhaul trailer or truck from them beware: their advertised equipment was not available (and required and expensive upgrade), they charge you and arm and a leg for associated parts (such as hitches and electrical components), and they add on hidden fees at the end without notifying you.  I ended up paying 2times what they advertised to me.  When I tried to call them, they never returned my call.  Overall, not very friendly (something you will notice right off the bat,...I should have noticed it).  I would avoid them and go elsewhere.
