    Dock Aid LLC
ABSOLUTELY GREAT Outstanding Customer Care!! I performed a search for having a cable tieback repaired on my seawall. I received a call within 15 minutes from Steven. I explained what was going on and he said he would go look and get back to me. The next evening he called then sent an email quote. Steven was able to schedule and repair it the next day. Everything about the project was handled professionally.

    CAMPING WORLD
Horrible customer service. Was given a pick up date and time. Got there and stood around for 3 hours. Camper was not ready. Scheduled a second pick up date and time a week later and camper still wasnt ready to go. approached manager to complain, his response was, did you purchase something because I dont recognize you? Also told by the salesman these types of services are just not a priority, Im sorry.

    DUKES MARINE MAINTENANCE
Here is a list of the items that were supposedly repaired, installed or worked on with accompanying comments on the completeness of the work. 1. Tune up 250 2 stroke Yamaha. Replace motor fuel filter and gas lines. Test engine for compression. If needed repair tilt and trim. a. The engine did not start after the boat was picked up. There was no fuel in the motor fuel filter indicating it had not been started. 3 of 6 injectors were plugged and needed to be cleaned. The high pressure fuel pump did not work at all. The water pump impeller was not replaced. All of the above would have precluded anyone starting and testing the engine. b. After picking up the boat and discovering it would not start I left a voice mail on your phone asking for assistance. You never returned that phone call. c. We contracted with a mechanic to diagnose the engine. We replaced or cleaned the following parts. i. 3 low pressure fuel pumps ii. 1 high pressure fuel pump iii. removed and cleaned all fuel injectors iv. replaced all fuel lines from the tanks to engine including the 2way fuel selector, v. replaced the onboard fuel/water separator vi. Tilt and trim piston leaking oil. vii. 2..Remove and reinstall motor bracket and motor for painting prep. a. After picking up the boat and doing a sea trial it was noted that the bracket leaked water into the pontoon on the bottom of the bracket. The bracket was not sealed correctly allowing water to seep into the pontoon. Also, when water entered the pontoon it leaked into the boat bilge via 3 bolt holes that were not sealed correctly. Will need to remove bracket and reseal the entire bracket. b. When the platform and engine were placed back on the boat you did not connect the oil pump sensor nor the power to the sensor henceforth we had to hire a mechanic to troubleshoot the issue. He found the sensor wires coiled up inside the transom! 3. I also asked you to install a V700 Lewmar windlass. a.The installation of the wiring is pretty sloppy. The foot switch on the bow was wired backward. The worst part is that the windlass was installed about 1 inch off center so that the line and chain do make a straight line to the anchor roller. When I picked up the boat from you I was under the impression that it was ready to go and that you had tested all the components. Sadly, this was not true and we spent considerable time and money to fix what you should have done and you charged us for.

    Great Outdoors Construction
Everything went as planned. Jackhammered the concrete and disposed of it, put in the footers, built the frame, laid the decking, built the handrail, put in gate, and water sealed the whole project. Very happy!

    Tall Sail Marine
Shawn is a kind of hard to get a hold of, but for good reason- He's busy!   I contacted Shawn about a week ago to get our 21 CC Sea Hunt bottom paint, detail and seasonal service.  Our boat didn't have bottom paint on it; but after recently moving to a house on the water, we wanted to keep our boat in water.  Shawn went over the process of applying bottom paint in detail, talked about the service, etc.  We dropped the boat off Monday and picked it up Friday.  They did a great job.  I would highly recommend!

    1st Choice Rv
We scheduled a two week vacation in Florida that went horribly wrong. We noticed water damage on our slide, and the next day our a/c went out. To make matters worse, we found bubbles all over the fiberglass exterior.
We contacted several repair facilities who gave us estimates that were much more than the camper was worth. Then we found Steve at 1st Choice RV. Steve replaced the a/c, fixed the leak, and, when we found additional damage, worked until he had re-framed, replaced, painted, and attached almost an entire side on the camper.
Once you find water damage, it just gets worse. We found several places that had to be completely dismantled and rebuilt. Steve was able to take care of everything - including the bubbles on the fiberglass. Chasing those has been the bane of our existence.
We have one more set of bubbles to clear. With any (good) luck, Steve should be done today. I have hope.
On the positive side, we have made two long camp-outs, and a few long weekend treks, with no issues. All of the repairs have held up wonderfully.

    Copeland Marine
I had been neglecting my boat for a couple years and wanted to get her up-to-speed.  She was off-color and there were some marks I could not remove myself.
Tommy and his crew showed up on time at the marina to work on my 27 ft Grady White.  Tommy was very professional and listened to my needs, as well as offered some expertise on restoration products.  They worked on my boat for almost 2 days; cleaning, waxing, and buffing.  After they were done, my 14 year old boat looked like it just came out of the showroom!  I could not have been more pleased.
I highly recommend Copeland Marine to friends and family.  Tommy does an outstanding job and is known for his quality work in the Charleston area.

On every occasion I have been very pleased with the service.  The drivers are pleasant and helpful.  Their vehicles are new and spotlessly clean SUV's and Minivans.  I love that I can call in advance and make an appointment with a fixed pickup time.  The drivers call to let me know that they have arrived and on each occasion they have arrived early.

    Vacations To Go
Advertised experiences were not available, entertainment was not as described (a juggler, a hypnotist and 2 foul mouth comedians no one has ever heard of), activities for those over 30 were relegated to drinking and gambling or AA meetings. I had been looking forward to a cruise for years. I have never been so disappointed.
