    Walterboro Family Practice
They're fine. They're real great people. Everybody is great. They overbook, but they're all good people. You usually have to wait 30 to 40 minutes and then you wait in the back maybe 15 or 20 minutes. The waiting room is pretty nice. They have a TV. It's very comfortable.

    Coastal Pediatric Associates
We love Dr. Graham! He is our personal favorite pediatrician at this practice. Throughout our experiences here we have only ever encountered one clinician that we would prefer not to see again - and in that case it was more a personality issue than a quality issue. Our only complaint is that we have noticed that we are waiting longer and longer for our appointments and in some cases are 30-45 minutes behind schedule. This can be very difficult with a young child since their attention span tends to be a bit short. Overall I would highly recommend this practice to anyone in the Charleston area with young children. They are fantastic!

They have very flexible hours, you can see different people, they have on call nurses all the time, they get back to you relatively quickly so I would recommend them to everybody. The staff is very nice and friendly. It wasn't too nice being there on one weekend visit.

    Parkwood Pediatrics
Parkwood Pediatrics are phenomenal. They're very accommodating. They're the only pediatrics office in Charleston open 365 days a year. They take walk-ins every single morning. Children often get sick in the middle of the night or on the holidays and it's extremely convenient. All the doctors there are extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. We have a primary doctor there, but if you walk-in, you see whoever is available, but every physician there has just been outstanding. Last time we went, I called that afternoon and they got me in as the last patient of the day, and everything went great.

It did not go well. The doctor did not seen to take this problem, migraines seriously in a 16 year old. Follow-up with specialist was not made until we forced the issue. Then results were not shared in a timely manner, I read the reviews as I was looking for a local doctor or team closer to our home. At first I was pleased. The non-appointment slot at 8:30 to 9:00 was very helpful and enabled us to send the children to school if it turned out not to be serious and not contagious. But after a little while the quality of their service dropped. When we called and stated the problems, we were often giving home remedies and discouraged from coming into the office. When I mentioned that I needed a note for the school, I got a response that they would just fax a note to the school. After another grandson had a seizure and needed a specialist , the response was slow and vague. At that time we took the children to another medical team and received prompt appointments and quick follow-up. We have moved the children to the MUSC Familty Service on James Island and am greatly please with their help and attention. I do not recommend this practice.

Love that they have several locations and that they are open extended hours. Very helpful for working parents. Dr. Domm is a pleasure to see and she is very good at answering any questions and ensuring that she provides thorough check ups. My only complaint is that there were two times during the busy sick season last winter, when I was unable to get in for an appointment when my son was sick - ended up having to take him to a walk in clinic.

I like the personality of the doctors in Coastal Pediatric Associates. I felt very comfortable with them. I like their office because of good office hours. They're very accommodating. They're very good to work with. The office staff was very polite and attentive. They made sure I kept up with the appointments by sending email reminders.

My children have been patients of this practice for 15 years and our family has never been let down. They are available 24/7 via telephone and I have personally tested that availability on several occasions. On the most recent visit, we were called back on time after being greeted by a smiling cheerful nurse. Height and weight were recorded as well as blood pressure. Blood samples and urine were collected as usual. The Dr. came in directly and after some lively conversation between he and my son, we were on our way. I love this practice and have never missed an opportunity to sing their praises.

    Mount Pleasant Pediatrics
Dr. Matthew Davis at Mt Pleasant Pediatrics has been our pediatrician for most of our daughter's life, although she has been a patient at Mt Pleasant Pediatrics her entire life. Dr. Davis was selected by our previous pediatrician when he retired from the practice, and we have been extremely pleased. Dr. Davis always takes time with us and our daughter, making a point of having a patient-doctor relationship with our daughter even when she was very young. Because of this, she trusts him and is able to verbalize to him how she is feeling or any fears she might have. Dr. Davis has children of his own, and often shares his own experience with us as a parent as well as a doctor when helping us make health decisions for our daughter. The practice is intimate and friendly, and Dr. Davis's nurse Jane is always a pleasure to deal with. She is quick to return phone calls, too, whenever we have an illness or just general questions.

I like them a lot. I like that they are very streamlined at the counter. I like a lot that they have separate waiting rooms for the sick and healthy children. I like that I never have to wait too long for my son's pediatrician. They are very timely; it takes about an hour from start to finish and I really appreciate that. I like their location. Everybody is very friendly and professional.
