    EAST COOPER LOCK AND SAFE
The locks wer repaired, though the service was very late, attributed to bad contact numbers. emergencies, etc. The technician promised to call back with improved parts, but never heard from them again.

    EAST COOPER LOCK AND SAFE
Right on time, the locksmith knew exactly what I needed (and didn't need). And the best part is he didn't try to charge me more for what he did or sell me more services! Added East Cooper Lock & Safe to my "speed dial."

    Titan Lock and Key
I shopped around, and not only did Titan respond to my messages late at night, he was extremely flexible with working around my schedule to make an appointment. Titans quote was also much cheaper than the rest, but I was not only looking for a good price, but a good response time to my request as well as friendly and trusted service. Titan fit the bill across the board. He had the three doors all synced with one key within about 45 minutes. I also inquired about having my car key redone, because I haven't been able to use the buttons on it in almost two years. He quoted me a price that is much less than the dealership, and when the time is right, will meet me at my location, laser cut the key, reprogram the buttons, and have me up and running quickly and efficiently ($95 - dealerships are at least $125). Titan is also Veteran Owned, which is another bonus for using this service. Because he is mobile, he accepts cash or debit / credit, which makes paying very convenient. ($80 quoted online, which covered three regular locks, two deadbolts, and two new keys - an add'l $30 for a completely new lock / door knob because one didn't match and he had in the truck). Additionally, he showed up 15 minutes early, which I appreciated.

    Titan Lock and Key
I called Mike and we set up a time and date. He asked me a few questions about what kind of locks etc. he met me there at the arranged time and then spent the next four hours changing out all of my locks and putting in deadbolts. he did a wonderful job. everything looked good and the keys fit with no problem. thanks Mike!

    Titan Lock and Key
Titan was recommended by a friend whom had the same service performed; with the exception of having a few door knobs replaced. I was very pleased with the rate I was quoted since the total charged for him rekeying 4 entry doors was what I was quoted per door by another company. The tech was prompt, professional and helpful by correcting a previous lock issue to one of my doors. I would definitely utilize his services again.

    JANTZEN LOCK & SAFE CO
I called the dealer and was able to get a key code for my vehicle.  I gave this info to Jantzen, and they met me at the vehicle.
I first called them AFTER they were closed, and I had the keys the next day in the afternoon.
They could have charged me twice what they did and I would have been happy.  Highly recommended.

    JANTZEN LOCK & SAFE CO
Amazing!  Totally added me in their schedule at the last minute (meaning they showed up 30 minutes from when I called) despite having a very full schedule, in order to accommodate my schedule.  Very professional, courteous, and extremely nice.  Came prepared (even on such short notice) with a range of options for fixing the door.  Cleaned up the mess I had made trying to fix things myself.  The price was extremely reasonable.  By far the best experience I have ever had with any Angie's list provider! I will definitely be using them again in the future and would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

    Ken's Services
I have never felt compelled to write a poor review - mostly because I think it's tough on a business unless it is very warranted.  I'm not going to say anything more than that Ken was committed to come to my home and complete installing the locks and handles of my new french doors.  He said he would be there at 230.  I rushed home from work as this needed to be done for security reasons.  At 230 he was not there - I texted him, no reply.  Called at 3 and no answer.  Texted and also emailed him via Angie's List - giving him the benefit of the doubt.  Still no reply 24 hrs later.

Very unprofessional if you are a no call no show.  My family was worried about our safety b/c the door was left unlocked after Ken committed to installing the locks.  The next day I had to take off from work and get a handy man who came and completed the job promptly.  Good business is driven by strong customer service.  This was not one of those businesses, unfortunately.

    EAST COOPER LOCK AND SAFE
I called on Monday and scheduled an appointment for Thursday at 3pm. I was told the locksmith would call when he was on the way. I received a call after 3:30pm letting me know he was on the way and would be at my home in 35 minutes. I received another call from the locksmith at 4:40pm letting me know he was stuck in traffic on I-526. I let him know my children had an event and I would be leaving in an hour. I also asked him why he didn't call me earlier. He asked my schedule for the next day and I told him I was not available as we have prior commitments. I asked for his supervisor's number and he provided. I called the supervisor and asked why no one called me and he told me it was the locksmith's responsibility to do so. I explained that their lack of customer service now left me in a bind with a broken front door lock all weekend. He also offered to come out on Friday and I told him that wasn't possible. After some back and forth he told me to call someone else.

    AROUND THE CLOCK LOCKSMITH
Review Update 8/13: Gave them a second chance on Mazda 3 Keys and they did outstanding. the price quoted was the price charged ($125 for the keys to be cut and programed (Purchased aftermarket)) and got the job done swiftly and professionally. Would recommend to anyone needing a locksmith A+++ on the second time through!

Original Review 6/26: It went great, the locksmith came out and was on time and very good at completing the job. My only qualm was with the pricing quoted vs price charged. The job was quoted at 550 and due to some extra work (which was performed on the door jam) and a discrepancy in what the owner would charge vs what the locksmith doing the job charged to Change out each door knob and deadbolt, the price had jumped $75 on the receipt I signed to $625 and the credit card was charged $650. The question is was it worth it? Yes, it was, but to be quoted wrong and then overcharged is frustrating without ever verbally discussing with me the added charges prior to the work being performed. Overall the work was fantastic and I would hire them again but I would ask for an emailed quote of the spectrum of work with the final price of the job and its components broken down and I would review it prior to them beginning work with the locksmith. I like that the company has a great moral footing and love that they will unlock a car for free if a child is locked inside! I just feel that the pricing wasn't handled in a way that shows the company had standards of pricing.
