    Had Gusta's Outdoor Power Equipment pick up my Bolen's riding mower in late October. It was in such bad shape that I was thinking of replacing it. The mower needed all new consumables (plug, filters, blades, battery, etc). plus some welding. Told them I was in no hurry. I didn't need it until spring. It was returned yesterday. Everything that needed replacing was replaced. Valves were adjusted, a tire repaired and they welded the baffle back in place. Based upon the condition of the mower when picked up I could have been taken to the cleaners. Gusta did not do this. The cost of effecting repairs was most reasonable. The mower performs as brand new. Although Gusta is farther away from my residence as opposed to other outdoor equipment repair facilities, I chose Gusta because a favorable reviews on various review sites. I'm glad I did. I won't have to research reviews for this type of service in the future. I'll be using Gusta without hesitation.

    my lawnmower would not run properly and received it as told. They did do a lot of repairs ( pull start, cleaned it and looked like new, air filter replacement) but also had a slight issue with it when I got home. I called back and they told me to bring it back. They were very thorough in explain that the carb was would clog when it was running and ran fine when not moving. With in 15 minutes had it running again and took it home and ran like new! Their customer service is top notch and they stand 100% behind their work.  The owner ended up giving me his card and told me any other issues to call him directly. You could tell they were not happy that they did not repair it properly, as any company should, and they all take tremendous pride in there work.  I ended up taking my weed eater for repairs and would recommend them with out any doubt. They are now my only small engine repair company!

    In less than 48 hours and they called to let me know my mower was ready for pick up.  When I arrived Ken and Michael cranked her up and she started on the second pull!  WOW!  I give this business 5 stars.  They were very courteous and professional in every way and they did not try to up-sell me on anything.  Good customer service and honest repair people are hard to find anymore.  Thank you Ken, Michael, and the rest of the staff for such a wonderful experience!

    They told me they were running a special for $69 for a lawn mower tune-up over email.  They told me to drop it off with them.  When I drove 20 miles to their shop they told us they would not honor the special because it was not purchased through Angie's List directly. 
    They never told me I had to purchase this through Angie's List before I went to their shop.   The person who I dealt with admitted they sent the email but refused to honor this deal.

    Rather than buy a new lawn mower (as was recommended by the manufacturer reps), we chose to take a chance that the mower would work with replaced parts at a significant cost savings. We are happy to report that the mower now works very well and we had a significant savings. We would suggest to others in similar circumstances that in place of a new purchase they attempt repairs first.
    Mike at Gusta's worked on our mower and he was very professional and knowledgeable. He shared with us maintenance tips and was most helpful and a delight to discuss lawn mower care so as to not repeat the original mishap. The mower looks and works as good as new now.

    David was very responsive at returning calls.  In terms of scheduling it's based upon the fact that David does the repairs in addition to a full time job, so evenings and weekends are when he does this work.  He came when promised, completed the work well and the mower is like new.  The cost is higher than if you took the mower to someone or did it yourself, but that's the point -- David is offering a very convenient, high quality service by coming to the mower -- so I think the value was there.   I will definitely have David service the mower more regularly (as opposed to doing it myself) and my generator as well.

    Within an hour of starting work, water came flooding out from under the machine. After several calls, David came to the house and said he would fix it off site. He called and said he put in  a new gasket, but after many promises to return the machine to me, he now ignores messages left on his voice mail. I doubt now that I will ever get the machine back.

    David came on a Sunday afternoon and looked at the mower which wouldn't mow.  He determined the problem and said he would order the part and call us when he had the part.  Tuesday afternoon he was back already fixing the mower.  It works awesome.

    Doing business with him was absolutely painless in every way.  His prices are reasonable, he was efficient and he arrived and returned as quickly as possible.  In addition, he a heck of a nice guy.

    Since the riding mower had not been used for so long, Mr. Guerry cleaned the engine and got it to start. He also demonstrated what I needed to do to keep the carburetor working by closing the fuel line when not in use. He told me that the replacement for the carburetor was $45. He also fixed the flat tires. He gave me an estimate up front and that is what he charged. I definitely plan on calling on him again to service my push mower and my portable generator.

    My mower and string trimmer weren't working well at all, and I was about to buy a new mower even though mine was only four years old. (I know nothing about engines!) I called Mr. Guerry at 8:30 on Saturday morning and he came to my house at 2:00 that afternoon. He was very friendly, professional, and quick. He performed what he called a spring tune-up on the mower, cleaned the carburetor and then adjusted the throttle on the trimmer and replaced a cracked fuel line. I highly recommend him, and will definitely use him in the future.
