    Atlantic Surveying Inc
Very well. Chose them because of good ratings on Angie's List for past work. They fit us in (it was a small job by their standards) within our time frame and delivered an Elevation Certificate in proper FEMA format that satisfied both our Insurance Company and our Mortgager.

When I set up the appointment, I was quoted a price of $150.  When the job was completed the bill was for $175???.   Of course when I called the owner he denied quoting me a $150 cost.  It's not that the price difference mattered, because I would have paid 175 without issue if that was the original quote.  Maybe he just misspoke on the phone.  Still I am a man of my word, and I hold others to the same.  As for the team, they were polite, hard working and did a great job.. I have a number of turns on my land, and they took the time to locate every pin and mark each location.  He is very fortunate to be able to use these guys for surveying.

    Palmetto Land Surveying Inc
I asked Palmetto Land to provide an elevation certificate within a pretty short window of time. They came out when they promised, I had a draft of the certificate by that afternoon, and a final certificate by that evening. As another reviewer said, Kathy in the front office is wonderful. I spoke to at least one of the surveyors who was also quite helpful with the scheduling, but Kathy calmed me down when I had a small meltdown in her office over an error I had made and then took it on herself to call FEMA, find out some additional information about flood zones, and then call me with the information. This is a company (and a person) that cares about customer service.

I'll give him a high rating and a positive feedback. As far as I remember the price was within my budget. They were very prompt and they interacted well in terms of I was looking forward. They were very polite and got the information back to me very promptly.

Tried to schedule with them for a property boundary survey.  I asked to be there at the appointment, since I want to make sure the surveyors are on the same page with me as to what need to be shown on the plat.  To my surprise, the lady who's making the appointment wanted to charge me an additional $75 "consultation fee" if I wanted to be there (at my own home).  Her explanation was that the presence of homeowners would only make their job twice as long.  It's the first time ever that I heard such a thing that when a homeowner hires a contractor to do a job, the contractor wants to charge the homeowner extra for talking to them.
So I cancelled the appointment, and chose another surveyor who's more than willing to listen to the homeowner on what needs to be done.

After getting the initial property survey, the couty required an additional survey showing OCRM critical line.  Sonya has been very helpful in assisting us with navigating all the red tape.  Customer service is outstanding!

Scheduling the survey was easy, but it took a very long time to actually have it done, due to several weather related delays. We were not in a big hurry, but it took my making phone calls to find out when it can be re-scheduled. The interactions with everybody from this company were very pleasant. The quality of the work appears to be excellent, but I am not entirely qualified to judge.
The experience was overall excellent, except for the delays.
    I recommend without reservations.

Went great. The lady in the office was on it and very responsive, polite, informative, funny and great to work with. Very easy process. I called on a Thursday she immediately told me the price and that they were a little backed up so it would be the following week. I got a call when it was done, paid over the phone and had my elevation cert b email in minutes.

Went great, as a former surveyor for the Navy, I had a lot of questions, and they took the time to respond.
I was not billed until I was completely satisfied.
The company was great to answer questions, the price is fair and reasonable, and I am very pleased.
I would use them again in the future if I needed too.
