    Unfortunately, I have had issues with the quality and consistency of internet connectivity for some time with AT&T.  After complaining about consistent short outages and finally longer ones, they send a technician to my house who acknowledged deficiencies with the infrastructure and attempted to fix them.  It did seem to help for a time.  However, the short outages (usually ~10 minutes) have continued, though are less frequent.  Additionally, at times the internet speed slows to a crawl, making even streaming media not possible.  Resetting the router fixes the issue but only for another half hour or so before the speed dramatically slows again.  Overall, I have been underwhelmed by the quality of the service.  Now that the initial discounted pricing isn't in effect anymore, I am seriously considering switching to a more reliable provider.

    Was told I they would come July 17, between 9-11 am. Took the morning
    off to wait for them. No one ever called and I had to call twice to
    find out they were not only coming but would take 3 business days to
    have engineers come out to look at whatever the issue was. They would
    then have 5 additional business days to come up with a solution / fix
    and THEN they could reschedule another appointment. One h*** of a way
    to treat a potential new customer. I say potential because I obviously
    went to another provider.

    The technician was very professional. He wore booties the entire time in our home. He also explained to us how to use our internet service and also made sure we understood how to connect. He was on time and out of the way as we were still moving a few things in our home. I would definitely recommend their service.

    I signed up for Cable One's service around mid April; a good month ago. I was told that since I do a lot of streaming (Netflix) to get the higher speed package, so I did. With no exaggeration almost around the same time each evening my phone service would go out and my streaming stopped working or the streaming would constantly rebuffed. In order for a tech to come out I would have to commit to a 4 hour window ( to wait); my job is not that flexible. A 2 hour window is workable. In addition to the poor service I was receiving calls from bill collectors daily, yet the calls were not for me. I called and requested a new number and was told it cost me $30 for a number change. I told the lady that I was a new customer, but that didn't matter. Long story short, I highly recommend looking at other wifi offers if that's what you mainly need. I can't speak on the cable service, but after this experience I'd be leery. I haven't even received my second bill yet, but I cancelled my service.

    We loved the television show and the internet. We had to make a booster for our internet to boost it in our entire house but after we did that, everything was perfect! Our cellphone service is also very good and we don't have any issues with them. I think their price is high.

    With regard to price, they switch. We get it for a certain amount of dollars the first six months and then it jumps. This is not just them; I am not condemning them. They said that they are not required to tell us all the little hidden fees of tolls, prices and hidden taxes. They will quote us a price, say $100 and when we get the bill it's like $140. It's jumped to $192. I don’t have a problem with the service; it's just expensive. I have never had any issues with my Internet going down or my cable not working right. Maybe just little things here and there, but the quality is pretty good. They have been polite; they tell me what I want to hear. I am using them now for the lack of a better one.

    I chose to go with Knology because they were less expensive than the other ones. They're very good and I like Knology. I've been with them a couple of times. We were in another neighborhood where they had them and we liked them and then we moved and they didn't have it, but when they got it I went to Knology and I'm very happy with them. Their customer service is very good.

    They were offering a deal for $89.99 for people who had used it before. For one year, I get free HBO and Starz and they have On Demand and also SHOWTIME free of three months. I liked the deal they were offering, especially with the On Demand because I can pull up about different TV shows and series and catch up on things we have missed with free DVR, and no extra charge for the DVR, but I was paying extra for this service with the other company. So far so good with no complaints. I would use them until I do not have any problem with them.

    I wish they would let you pay to what channel that you wanted instead of just part watch here an everything you will never watch, the internet drops after lunch during the afternoons.
