    Warren, Dr. Michael F.
This isn't the practice for me. They have reasonably nice, "surfing-themed" offices and the receptionist was fine....but I never saw the doctor. I arrived and checked-in 10 minutes prior to my early morning appointment....bringing with me the new patient paperwork which I had dutifully downloaded and completed in advance. The waiting room was empty. A few minutes later a pharmaceutical sales rep came in and they invited her back right away. I continued to wait and they never said a word to me. After 30 minutes passed beyond my appointment time, I told the receptionist, nicely, that I was going to "wave off." Why start a new relationship with a doctor who runs so far behind in the early-morning of a day following a 3 day weekend? Ironically, they have a sign in the waiting room that lectures about not being late for appointments and it outlines fees they charge people who are late for their appointments. Seems to me that they are indifferent to the fact that they are making an appointment with their patient's time too.

Dr. Overcash is AMAZING!  He is the nicest and most knowledgeable doctor!!  His staff is very friendly too.  Sometimes there is a little bit of a wait for him....but it's completely worth it!

    Sheperd, Dr. Mclean
I was impressed with the entire experience.  Getting an appointment was simple and they accepted my blue choice insurance.  The office was easy to find, clean and modern.  The staff was friendly, knowledgable and caring.  Dr Sheperd took the time to really listen to my concerns, gave me a thorough exam and then suggested some high quality nutritional supplements and topical serums to combat the side effects of my chemo.  I hardly had to wait at all, the appointment was efficient and I left feeling comforted, relieved and had a plan of action.  It is a great office and Dr Sheperd is someone I feel you can truly trust to understand you and give you the best advice and care.

Got excellent and pleasant service from the doctor and even a hug from the phlebotomist!  Overall, I felt that I was well taken care of and that people really cared about the job that they do -- I didn't feel like a number, which was nice.

I have a throat condition called subglottic stenosis. My trachea closes and the physicians

have to do surgery to open it up. This is a condition that I'll have to deal with the rest of my

life probably about once a year. This is very rare and MUSC is the only hospital in the state

that can perform the surgery. Since finding out about it I've had knee replacement and

lithotripsy done on my kidney stones. I've been very pleased with the care I received.

    Germain Dermatology
I think their products are good (expensive but good), but they probably won't sell me anything after this review! Although I have private insurance as a retired state employee, I am Medicare primary and have learned that makes a difference in the care I now receive. It's unfortunate, but true.

    Germain Dermatology
Appointment was right on time. I had several pre-cancer's removed and two biopsies done. Everyone was very friendly and made me feel very comfortable during my appointment. I received a call back on the biopsies in a very timely manner. I have been going here for several years and will continue to do so.

Beautiful facility with large waiting area and very clean exam rooms. Dr Donnelley was punctual, approachable and performed a thorough exam. I liked her and will go back. Note - it is a very busy Dermatology practice and it may take some time to get an appointment.

    Carolina Dermatology

The staff got me in quickly to see Amanda Wright, physician's assistant. She was thorough and reassuring in her examination. She was able to fit in a full body scan when I returned a week later to have the suture removed. I was very pleased with the services I received and the respect with which I was treated.

    Germain Dermatology
I first started seeing Dr Germain years ago when I noticed a number of unusual spots (being from the generation of baby oil and iodine for tanning in the FL sun) so I decided I needed to see a Dermatologist and have been going to her ever since. She really cares and takes the time to check you over and answer any concerns you have. I have had a number of different procedures to help with the continous problems I have with pre-skin cancer. She take the time to suggest products (not necessarily her own line either). She is concerned that you take care of your skin and worries that too many procedures in the same area can cause scaring. She wants everyone to look and feel their best!
